Located about an hour's drive from Hiroshima Station or Hiroshima Airport, AFFETTO VILLAS is a rental villa that can accommodate only six groups per day. It was created with the theme of "retreat" in Kamagari-cho, Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture.
All six villas have ocean views, giving you the beautiful Seto Inland Sea all to yourself. You can spend a luxurious time soothing your body and mind in a private, open space.

  This villa boasts a spacious private space of over 70 square meters. From the courtyard on the first floor to the balcony on the second floor, it has been carefully designed to allow you to experience the sky, forest, and sea with all five senses.
  While surrounded by the rich nature of the Seto Inland Sea, you can enjoy a comfortable stay just like in the city.

  Each room is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower, and two buildings are also equipped with bathtubs.
  Additionally, the rooftop terrace on the second floor is equipped with a dedicated BBQ grill and cooking equipment, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable meal while taking in the magnificent ocean view of the Seto Inland Sea.

About Reservations and Usage

What time is the check-in and check-out?
Check-in: 3 p.m. ~ 6 p.m. Check-out: ~ 10 a.m.
What are the payment methods?
Payment can be made by cash or credit card. We accept VISA, MASTER, JCB, DINERS, and AMEX.
Are there cancellation fees?
Cancellation fees are 21% if you cancel 30 days prior to your stay, 14% if you cancel 50 days prior, and 7% if you cancel 100 days prior.
Is it available for a day trip?
We are sorry that we only offer overnight stays.
Can I make a reservation for a group?
We also accept reservations for groups, and it is possible to rent the entire building exclusively.
Is smoking allowed inside the facility?
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Only electronic cigarettes are permitted outdoors.

About Pets

Do you have any dog-friendly rooms?
Koka -Pets Allowed- Only in <B>, you can stay with your dog.
Are there any restrictions on the number of dogs or breeds?
We are limited to two small dogs and one large dog (up to 2 kg). *Please contact us if you would like to bring more than two dogs.
Is there anything I need to bring?
Please bring a vaccination certificate for a combination vaccine of 5 or more types and a rabies vaccination certificate.
Can I bring pets other than dogs?
Please note that pets other than pet dogs are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
Are there items for dogs in the room?
For room types that allow guests to stay with their pet dogs, we provide a cage, toilet, toilet sheet, etiquette bags, wet wipes, and dishes.

Can we do a bonfire?
We apologize, but please refrain from making bonfires.
Is there a bath or restroom?
All buildings are equipped with showers, but only Shiokaze <A> and Akane <F> are equipped with bathtubs.
Is there a parking lot?
Yes, we have free parking spaces available (up to one car). Multiple cars can be parked in rooms "A" and "F" only, but please note that parking more than two cars in other spaces is not permitted.

About Meals

Is it possible to bring ingredients?
You are welcome to bring in your own food and drinks. *There are no corkage fees.
Is there a supermarket nearby?
There is a supermarket on the island, but we cannot guarantee that the ingredients you are looking for will be available, so we recommend that you do your shopping at Yume Mart Kawajiri store or MaxValu Canton store before coming to the island.
