What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is at 3:10 PM and check-out is at XNUMX:XNUMX AM the following day.

Yes, you can. However, the gate will be closed between 9:8 PM and XNUMX:XNUMX AM the following morning, so you will not be able to enter or exit the facility.

How many days in advance can I make a reservation?
For meal plans, reservations must be made by 3:12 AM three days before the reservation date, and for accommodation only plans, reservations must be made by 1:12 AM one day before the reservation date.

Pets are only allowed for guests staying in the Dog Villa.
However, pets are only allowed inside the Dog Villa, and we ask that you keep them in your car or in a cage when moving around the premises.

The only pet allowed at our facility is dogs.

Are there any shuttle bus services?
Unfortunately, we do not provide a shuttle service.
Please use public transportation or your own car when coming.

Children of elementary school age will be counted in the number of people.

Unfortunately, there are no water facilities inside the dome tents. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please use the cooking area on the premises or the toilets and coin showers in the center house.
Is it possible to have BBQ and eat even if it rains?
We have a dining space at each unit where you can enjoy BBQs and meals even on rainy days.

About staying with your dog

Are there any rooms where I can stay with my dog?
At our facility, you can only stay with your dog in the "Dog Villa."
However, when moving around glamping facilities other than the Dog Villa building or the auto camping site, please make sure to keep your pet in the car or in a crate.
Are there any restrictions on the breed or number of dogs?
Up to two dogs are allowed to stay in the Dog Villa.
*Only one medium or large dog is allowed, and large dogs weighing over 1kg are not allowed.
In addition, we only accept dogs that are 5 months or older and that can be properly controlled by their owners.
Are there amenities for doggies?
We provide one cage, one toilet tray, toilet sheets, one dedicated bath towel, wet wipes, a dedicated food bowl, disinfectant and deodorizing spray, poop bags, and a trash can for dogs.
Can I sleep in the bed with my dog?
We apologize, but we ask that you refrain from sleeping in the same bed as your child.
Please bring your dog's own bedding or have your dog sleep in the cage provided.
Are there any requirements for my dog to stay?
Only indoor dogs that have been vaccinated against rabies and other infectious diseases within the past year are allowed. Also, if there are fleas or ticks, please exterminate them.

*Guests staying in cottages may bring their own charcoal-fired BBQ grills (stoves) or portable gas stoves. In that case, please use them in the designated area outside the cottage.
