About Payment Methods
Accommodation fees must be paid in advance by credit card at the time of booking. Payment for food and drink at the hotel can be made by cash or electronic money.
What is the capacity of the room?
There are 4 people in buildings A and B.
There are 6 people in Building C.
*For stays of 5 or more people in Building C, the use of an extra bed is mandatory, and an additional 10,000 yen will be charged per extra bed (for one person).

About Meals

Is it okay to bring our own food and drinks?
Bringing in food and drinks is only permitted for guests booking the "room only plan."
Do you have a BBQ stove?
Yes, we have a BBQ grill available.
The usage fee is 10,000 yen per unit.
Due to weather conditions, the service may be unavailable, and payment will be made on-site.

Additionally, each building is equipped with a traditional Japanese hearth (irori).
The usage fee for the irori (traditional Japanese hearth) is 5,000 yen, and payment must be made in advance.

Can I have fireworks or bonfires?
For safety reasons, fireworks and bonfires are strictly prohibited.
Can you smoke?
Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms. If you wish to smoke, please use the outdoor terrace.

To prevent fires, we strictly prohibit guests from bringing any firearms into the premises.
