About Reservations and Usage

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3pm to 6pm and check-out is by 11am.
Can I change the number of people or plan?
Due to system limitations, we are unable to accommodate changes to the number of people or plan after a reservation has been made.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please cancel your current reservation and make a new reservation by clicking the URL in the reservation confirmation email sent from JTB Book&Pay.
Please tell me the payment method
We only accept advance payment by credit card.
Do you provide pick-up service?
Unfortunately, we do not provide a shuttle service. Please come by public transport or car.
Can minors stay alone?
You can stay at the hotel, but if the person making the reservation is a minor, we may contact you in advance by phone or other means to confirm.
Is it available for a day trip?
This is a facility exclusively for overnight stays, and there are no day use plans. Please come and enjoy a relaxing stay.

You can stay with your dog only in the "Ocean Suite Dog" rooms.
Are there any restrictions on the breeds or number of dogs that can be brought along?
There are no restrictions on breed or size of dogs, but we are limited to two dogs per building.
What do I need to bring when staying with my pet?
There are no special requirements, but please note that we only allow dogs that have been vaccinated against rabies and have been approved for accommodation.
Can I bring pets other than dogs?
We are sorry, but our facility only accepts dogs.
Is it okay to sleep in the same bed?
Yes, you can. However, please be sure to bring and lay pet sheets or covers when using the bed. Please note that if the bed is soiled, you may be charged a separate cleaning fee.
What amenities do you have for your dog?
We provide two bowls (for water and food) and toilet sheets. As numbers are limited, we recommend that you bring your own pet supplies as needed.
Are there any rules regarding use with pet dogs?
We only accept dogs that are kept indoors and have basic training (toilet training, no unnecessary barking, etc.).
Can I bring my dog into the jacuzzi or shower?
For hygiene reasons, please refrain from bathing in the bathtub. You may use the shower next to the jacuzzi to wash your feet, but please make sure to dry yourself thoroughly before entering the room.

About Meals

Can I bring in food and drinks?
Yes, you are free to bring your own food and drink. Please feel free to use the cooking equipment provided in the room as needed.
Do you have any seasonings?
We always have basic seasonings (Tomura Yakiniku Sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper, olive oil, sesame oil) on hand. If you would like to use other seasonings, please bring them with you.
