    From the Kawaguchiko IC exit, head towards Narusawa and Asagiri Kogen. Take Route 139 and Prefectural Route 71 towards Fujigamine.

    60 minutes from Shin-Fuji IC
    Exit at Shin-Fuji IC on the Shin-Tomei Expressway. Pass the Asagiri Kogen Roadside Station on Route 139 and turn right at the three-way intersection with the Fujigamine sign.

About Reservations and Usage

What time is the check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00, and check-out is from 7:00 to 10:00.
■If you plan to arrive after 19pm, please contact us in advance.
About payment method types
Payment can be made on site by cash or credit card.
Are there cancellation fees?
Please note that our facility has the following cancellation policy.
・14 days or more before: 50% of the accommodation fee
・From 7 days prior: 100% of accommodation fee
■Please note that cancellations due to snow accumulation will be subject to a cancellation fee unless you are physically unable to come to our hotel due to highway closures or other road closures.
Is it possible to use your facility with my pet?
You can only stay with your dog in the dog cabins (standard/grande).
The room is equipped with a private dog run, so you can enjoy your stay in a relaxed atmosphere.
If you are staying with a pet dog, please bring a rabies vaccination certificate.
