About Reservations and Usage

What time is the check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am.
What are the payment methods?
Cash, credit card and various QR code payments are available on-site.
Is there a cancellation fee?
We charge a 14% cancellation fee if you cancel 50 days prior, and a 1% cancellation fee if you cancel one week prior.
Is it possible to change the accommodation date after making a reservation?
Please note that date changes are free of charge up to two weeks in advance, but any changes made after that will be subject to cancellation fees.
Is it possible to bring pets?
You can stay with your dog in the [Dog Suite Cabin] or [Dog Dome].
