About Reservations and Usage

Can I check in early?

We ask that you refrain from bringing any animals other than dogs, but this does not mean that we prohibit people from staying alone.

If there are 5 or more adults staying, how will bedding be provided for preschool children?
If there are 5 or more people, including preschool children with bedding, 1 people will need to share one bed.
The facility has a total of four bedding units: two double beds and two semi-double beds.
A maximum of 6 people can stay, but if the number of guests exceeds the number of beds, bedding will be shared.
Please note that the fee for preschool children with bedding is included in the facility usage fee.
Can I stay at the hotel even if I have not been vaccinated?
As a general rule, we do not allow dogs that have not been vaccinated to stay at our facility.

Can I set off fireworks inside the facility?

About Our Facility

What kind of pool is it?
The pool is egg-shaped, approximately 17m long and 9.3m wide, and gradually gets deeper from the shallow end to a maximum depth of 70cm.
We are able to accommodate small dogs, dogs making their pool debut, and large dogs who want to swim.
Dog owners are welcome to join in the pool and enjoy the fun with their dogs. Please note that the bottom and walls of the pool are slippery.
Please be especially careful when entering or exiting from deep areas.
How is the pool cleaned?
The pool structure is very simple, with water supplied by well water (no purification equipment).
Therefore, we basically perform the following tasks every time a new customer arrives: draining, cleaning, and refilling.
However, since it takes at least one and a half days to fill the tank with water, if multiple guests use the tank continuously (there are approximately five hours between check-out and check-in), we are unable to drain the water and will have to purify it by continually adding water (replacing the water by overflowing).
Naturally, we make daily efforts to prevent infectious diseases by adding chlorine.
Is there no TV provided?
Although it is only open for a short time, from 3pm to 10am the next day, we opened this facility with the desire to provide dog lovers with the time and space to run around to their heart's content with their dogs during the day, and spend some time with their dogs in the evenings, relaxing.
We have not installed a television so that you can spend your time in a different way than usual.

About Meals

Can we have a barbecue?
Although you will need to take a step (about 20m) from the accommodation building, we have set up a deck corner specifically for barbecues.
This space is the only place you can use it. (However, open flames are strictly prohibited.)
Please refrain from using fire, such as barbecues, inside the building or on the grounds (courtyard, deck, etc.).
We operate our facility without any permanent staff, and the accommodation building is all-electric, with open flames strictly prohibited, so we comply with the requirements of the Inns and Hotels Act and the Fire Service Act. We appreciate your understanding.

There are shopping facilities such as supermarkets and drugstores near Yokoshiba Station on the JR Sobu Main Line.
