Are pets allowed?
All 24 villas, except for one of the Lusso Villas, allow pets.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
No notice, on the day ⇒ 100% of the accommodation fee
The day before ⇒ 80% of the accommodation fee
From 3 days before ⇒ 50% of the accommodation fee
From 7 days before ⇒ 10% of the accommodation fee

Although basic amenities are provided, the facilities and amenities available vary depending on the room type. Please refer to the "Facilities and Equipment List" for details.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi is only available in the cottages.
Can I have a BBQ even if it rains?
We also have a covered BBQ area, so you can enjoy a BBQ comfortably even in bad weather. However, in the event of severe weather or if our facility determines that it is difficult to provide BBQ, we reserve the right to ask you to change your order to the "Kaliko Aged Meat 'Extreme'" Awaji beef shabu-shabu served at our indoor restaurant (Bali Place).
Is there an air conditioner and heater?
The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, so you can stay comfortably throughout the year.

Do you have anything with you?
Please bring a document showing the date of your rabies and combined vaccine (5 or more types) certificate (within one year). *Photos are also acceptable.
Are dogs the only pets allowed?
We sincerely apologize, but we do not allow guests to stay with pets other than dogs.
Is there a limit on the number of animals?
Up to three small dogs and two medium to large dogs are allowed.
Are there any dog breed restrictions?
There are no specific restrictions on dog breeds, but there is a limit on the number of dogs you can bring.
Is there an accommodation fee for my dog?
Your dog will stay free of charge.
What amenities do you have for your dog?
We provide cages (free option), dog beds, deodorizers, toilet sheets, toilet trays, septic bags, trash cans with lids, sticky cleaners, wet wipes, and food bowls (one per room, regardless of the number of dogs).
