Where do I check in?
We accept reservations at the "Thai Cafe Talat" on the first floor of the facility. Please come to the cafe reception upon arrival.
Please tell me the check-in and check-out times.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please contact us in advance if you will be arriving later than your scheduled time. The cafe and dog field are available for use before 3:00 PM.
How many people can stay in one room?
Each room can accommodate a maximum of two guests. We have a total of two guest rooms available.
What payment methods are available?
Payments can be made on-site with cash or various credit cards.
What are the cancellation fees?
Depending on when you cancel, the following fees will apply.

For hygiene reasons and to prevent marking, we ask that you have your dog wear a belly band or diaper indoors. Please refrain from bringing your dog onto beds or futons. For dogs that do not have accidents and are calm indoors, we can use toilet pads. If it is difficult for your dog to wear a belly band or diaper, please consult us in advance.
Do I need proof of vaccination or rabies vaccination?
Please bring your rabies vaccination and combination vaccine vaccination certificates. Do I need a reservation for the dog field?
No advance reservation is required. You can use the service by registering at "Thai Cafe Talat" on the day of your visit. During busy periods, there may be a waiting time before entry.
Are there any restrictions on usage time or length of stay?
Day-use hours are from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Normally there is no time limit, but during busy periods, we may ask for your cooperation in limiting your stay to around two hours to ensure a comfortable experience for all our customers.
Do I need a vaccination certificate?
Please present proof of rabies and combination vaccination. For safety reasons, unvaccinated dogs are not permitted to walk around in the dog field.
Are large dogs allowed?
Yes, large dogs are welcome (large dog fees apply for dogs weighing 20kg or more). Regardless of your dog's size, please keep an eye on them at all times and take safety precautions when using our facilities.
Can I use it on rainy days?
