About Reservations and Usage

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is between 3pm and 6pm, and check-out is by 10am the following day.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by cash or various credit cards.
Are there any fees when I cancel?
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel 27 days prior to your stay, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel 7 days prior to your stay.
Can I stay with pets (dogs, etc.)?
We apologize, but we do not allow pets.

Each building can accommodate up to 7 people.
How is bedding provided?
There are four single beds in the room. For additional guests, we will provide cots.

What amenities are available?
In addition to bath towels, face towels, toothbrushes, combs, and hair dryers, we also provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and basic skincare products (lotion, makeup remover, face wash, lotion, cotton pads, and cotton swabs). Tableware and cutlery are also provided.

The apartment is equipped with a toilet, bathroom, kitchen, air conditioning, a private dining area, Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, kitchen appliances (refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, toaster oven, rice cooker, coffee maker, electric kettle), a set of cooking utensils such as knives, pots, frying pans, and a BBQ grill.

Is it okay to set off fireworks?
Only hand-held fireworks are permitted. The location will be a designated area that will be announced at check-in, and they must be set off until 9:00 PM. Please refrain from using fireworks that launch rockets or jet-fireworks.
Can I bring my own bath salts and use them?
Please refrain from bringing in bath salts as they may clog the pipes and cause stains in the bathtub. We use local hot spring water, so please enjoy it.
Is the pool heated?
Please note that the pool at the facility is not heated and the water temperature may vary depending on the season and the weather on the day.
