About Our Facility

What are the check-in and check-out times, and what about early check-in and late check-out?
Check-in is between 3pm and 6pm and check-out is by 11am.
Unfortunately, we do not offer early check-in or late check-out services, so please check in within the specified hours.
Can I hold parties or allow people other than guests to enter?
The villa is not suitable for parties.
Additionally, for security reasons and to comply with regulations, we do not allow anyone other than overnight guests to enter the premises, and we do not allow day-trip guests to dine together. The maximum capacity is 12 people.

About Our Facility

Is the Wi-Fi environment in place?
The building is equipped with high-speed, unlimited free Wi-Fi, allowing you to comfortably hold online meetings for remote work and watch high-definition videos without any hassle.
Are there any rules for using the pool, sauna, and outdoor facilities?
The pool is at room temperature, so you can splash around in it in the summer and use it as a cold bath after the sauna in other seasons (floor rings and other play equipment are available). The sauna is electric and can be used for loyly. Fireworks, excluding the launch type, are only available in the fire pit area (firewood is provided free of charge). Please note that outdoor facilities are only available until 9pm out of consideration for neighbors.
Is the bath a hot spring?
Unfortunately, none of the bathrooms at our facility are natural hot springs. Instead, we have several types of bath additives available, so you can enjoy a relaxing bath time surrounded by your favorite scent.
Do you have a humidifier or air purifier?
All rooms are equipped with air purifiers and humidifiers to keep the air clean and comfortable during your stay.
Are there play equipment for activities?
We have table tennis sets, badminton sets, soccer balls, etc. They are stored in the warehouse next to the garden, so please feel free to use them.

About Meals

Do you have drinks ready?
Mineral water, coffee, and green tea are provided free of charge. Local craft beer, carefully selected sake, wine, and other drinks are also available for purchase.
Can I order a celebration cake?
Yes, it is possible. After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with details about ordering a cake, so please proceed from there.

Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking area, which is equipped with ashtrays.
Are there any places to shop nearby?
There are several supermarkets and convenience stores within a 3-5 minute drive.
Can I go out and leave my dog at home alone?
For safety reasons, we ask that you do not leave your dog alone in the room. Please be sure to take your dog with you when you go out.
Is there a shuttle from the station?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a shuttle service. Please come by taxi or car.
