[Dinner] Enjoy Izu gourmet BBQ

We offer fresh vegetables harvested on the premises as well as carefully selected meat.
The star of the BBQ is Ashitaka beef. Raised on standardized feed and under strict management, it boasts a rich, flavorful taste. The chicken is a brand of chicken from Shizuoka Prefecture called "Umadori." The rice used for the grilled rice balls is also directly delivered from the producer, designated by the producer. *Seafood is an optional extra.

Freshly cooked Japanese breakfast

A Japanese breakfast made with carefully selected ingredients is served. Start your day off right with a healthy menu of dried fish, seasonal vegetables, and more. One of the pleasures of your stay is the experience of cooking your own rice. Using rice delivered directly from a contracted farm in Tochigi Prefecture, a mess tin and rice cooking kit are provided, so even first-timers can cook fluffy rice. Enjoy a morning filled with the blessings of nature with special shumai dumplings made with Fukaya bean sprouts and miso soup topped off with miso balls.

Alcoholic and soft drinks

During your stay, you can enjoy unlimited soft drinks and alcoholic beverages as part of our all-inclusive package. The all-you-can-drink option is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM, and soft drinks only are served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Alcoholic beverages are available from the food truck from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM (additional charges apply).

We offer Shizuoka Beer, a draft beer exclusive to Fujinokuni, and Kosai Sour sours. If you get tired of the plain flavor, you can change it up with four different syrups. We also have a wide selection of alcoholic drinks other than beer and sours, including Izu's local sake, Arabashiri, whiskey recommended for highballs, barley shochu, potato shochu, plum wine, red and white wine, and more.
