  By Public Transportation
  - If you are coming by public transport, the nearest stations are JR Kansai Main Line "Iga-Ueno Station" or Iga Railway "Ueno-shi Station".
    Since the facility is some distance from each station, it is convenient to use a taxi or rental car to get there (travel time: approximately 25-30 minutes).

What is the capacity of the room?
Each room can accommodate a maximum of four guests.

What amenities are available in the guest rooms?
The room is equipped with air conditioning, a single bed, power outlets, a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, hairdryer, clothes rack, mirror, and cups. It has excellent insulation, keeping you cool in the summer and warm in the winter, but there is no television.
Please tell me what amenities are provided.
We provide face towels, bath towels, body towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, toothbrushes, hairbrushes, razors, and slippers.
*Please bring your own pajamas or yukata, as they are not provided.

【If you come by car】
From the Osaka area: Take the Nishi-Meihan Expressway and Meihan National Highway, then it's about 30 minutes from Nakase Interchange (total time about 1 hour and 30 minutes).
From Kyoto: Take National Routes 24 and 163; approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
From Nagoya: Take the Tomeihan Expressway and Meihan National Highway, then it's about 20 minutes from Nakazaike Interchange (total time about 1 hour 30 minutes).
【If you come by train】
Currently, there are no direct buses to "Sarubino". Please use public transportation such as taxis from Ueno-shi Station.
Is there a parking lot?
We have a free parking lot with a capacity of 180 cars. No advance reservation is required.
Do you provide pick-up service?
We apologize, but we do not offer transportation services.

About meals and activities

Do you have set meal times?
You can choose your dinner BBQ start time from "5:00 PM / 5:30 PM / 6:00 PM" when making your reservation. Guests staying without meals included can start at any time they like, but we ask that everyone finish by 8:00 PM.
Is it possible to bring in ingredients and a portable stove?
You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. However, for safety reasons, we strictly prohibit the bringing in of stoves, fire pits, and other fire-related equipment or cooking appliances.
Can I order breakfast only?
We do not accept orders for breakfast only.
What cooking tools do you have?
We offer rental services for microwave ovens, electric kettles, sandwich makers, and electric BBQ grills with grill grates.
Do you have tableware?
We offer rental of plates, bowls, knives, cutting boards, tongs, chopsticks, spoons, forks, glasses, and mugs. Children's cutlery is not available.
Please tell me about the BBQ area.
Each dome has a dedicated space with a roof and curtains next to it. You can enjoy the show even in rainy weather, but please note that there are no chairs for children.
Do you have accommodations for food allergies?
For safety reasons, we do not offer allergy-friendly meals. Thank you for your understanding.
Are bonfires and fireworks allowed?
• Bonfire: Please reserve a rental set (1,100 yen). Use is permitted until 9 PM, and only marshmallows are allowed for cooking.
Fireworks: Prohibited in the dome area. Only handheld fireworks are permitted in the open area of the woods (please use a bucket).
If you wish to do so, please inform a staff member when you check in.
Can you prepare a surprise cake?
We do not provide cakes. You are welcome to bring your own.

Information about natural hot springs and the surrounding area

Can I use the hot springs?
You can use the "Iga no Kuni Oyamada Onsen Sozo no Mori Sarubino" located on the premises. A free bathing ticket (one per person) will be given to you at check-in.
*A separate bathing fee will be required from the second visit onwards.
*We are closed every Tuesday (open on public holidays).
*If you lose your ticket, you will be charged the regular price.
What types of baths are available and what are their operating hours?
The "Stone Bath" and "Wooden Bath" are available for men and women on alternating days.

*The gender rotation may be subject to change.
Please check with the main building before using the facilities.
Are there nearby convenience stores and supermarkets?
It is located within a 15-minute drive. In addition to "Family Shop Annie's Sanpei (14-minute drive)" and "Ministop Igahatamura Store (15-minute drive)", there is a shop and a direct sales store for locally grown vegetables on the premises.

Regarding accommodations with pets

Can I stay with my dog?
Dogs are only allowed in the "7m Dog Run Dome" room.
Are there any conditions for accepting pets?
Regardless of the number of dogs, we can only accept dogs with a total weight of up to 10kg.
Please provide details about accompanying guests.
This service is for small and medium-sized dogs, with a maximum of 3 dogs allowed (large dogs are not permitted).
A separate fee of 4,500 yen will be charged per animal.
Please bring your dog's food with you.
Dogs are not allowed to roam freely outside of designated dog areas.
