About Reservations and Usage

What time is the check-in and check-out?
Check-in: From 3pm / Check-out: Until 11am.
Is it possible to change the accommodation date after making a reservation?
If you wish to change the accommodation date, it can be done for free until 2 weeks before the accommodation date.
Due to the system limitations, please cancel the original reservation first and then make a new reservation.
What are the payment methods?
When making a reservation, we ask that you make a prepayment by credit card.
If you have difficulty paying in advance, please contact us.
How many people can stay?
Ideally, there should be no more than four adults, or around six people including children.
Our facility has 2 beds (2nd floor loft) + 2 sofa beds (1st floor) = a total of 4 beds (4 sets of bedding).
For guests of 5 or more, please use the mats in the closet on the first floor, and each guest will need to bring their own bedding.
I don't have pets, but can I still stay?
It's possible even if you don't have pets.

Please note that we have the following cancellation policy.

What happens if I can't go due to a typhoon, heavy snow, or earthquake?
If a disaster makes it difficult to travel to or from the area, please let us know as soon as possible, as we may be able to cancel your reservation.
If you do not contact us in advance, a cancellation fee will be charged.
Please note that if you cancel for personal reasons or illness, or if bad weather makes it difficult to use the BBQ, bonfire, or dog run, the cancellation fee stated in the cancellation policy will be charged.

About staying with your dog

Are there any restrictions on the number of dogs or breeds?
There are no restrictions on the number of dogs or breeds allowed at our hotel.
Please spend some time with your precious family.
Do I need proof of vaccination for my dog?
Since the facility is private, there will be no contact with other dogs, so this is not necessary.
Is it possible for cats?
Our guesthouse is exclusively for dogs, so we do not allow other animals.

About Rooms

I understand that wood stoves cannot be used, but are there any heating appliances such as air conditioners?
There is an air conditioner and a gas fan heater. There is also an air purifying humidifier, so please use it in conjunction with the heater.
What should I do if I don't know how to use the equipment in the guesthouse?
The instruction manuals for each appliance are filed in the guesthouse.
In case of an emergency, we will inform you of the manager's mobile phone number after you make a reservation.

Is it possible to bring ingredients and beverages?
You are welcome to bring in your own food and drinks. Feel free to bring your own and enjoy your stay in a unique way.
BBQ Grill Rental
When making a reservation, you can select the option to rent a BBQ grill (3,300 yen).

You can rent a grill and enjoy your own original BBQ using your own ingredients.

What should I do about BBQ when it rains?
We are very sorry, but we are currently not allowing BBQs using fire under the eaves on rainy days.
Please use the hot plate in the kitchen when grilling meat etc. (Grilling meat is prohibited indoors)
Please be careful not to stain the deck with yakiniku sauce or other contaminants. (If any dirt or stains are found, you will be asked to cover the repair costs.)

Others

I would like to meet a friend, but is the facility off-limits to anyone other than guests?
As a general rule, entry into the facility is limited to guests staying at the hotel, but if you have any friends or family members planning to visit, please let us know in advance.
Is it okay to set off fireworks?
Only hand-held fireworks are permitted. Please note that launching fireworks and those that make noise are prohibited.
Please hold the event in the gravel area around the entrance or in the parking lot (including the mountain side).
Please note that fireworks are not permitted on the wooden deck (all wooden floors) as they can send sparks flying and leave scorch marks. Of course, please also refrain from lighting fireworks on the grass as they can damage the grass.
