  All buildings are equipped with Akayu natural hot springs, a rare find even nationwide. The water is pumped directly from the source and replaced daily in a "complete water change" system, so you can always enjoy fresh water. Please enjoy this special bathing experience to your heart's content, something you can only experience here.
- Private pool
  All rooms are equipped with private pools, allowing you to enjoy as much as you like, whenever you like, without worrying about being seen by others. The pool is located in the courtyard, making it easy to keep an eye on, and the shallow area, just 30cm deep, allows small children to play safely.

    It is convenient to use the Maizuru Expressway via the Chugoku Expressway from Osaka and Wakayama.
    It is convenient to use the Kyoto Jukan Expressway from Kyoto, Shiga, and Nara.

  - Nearest station: Kyoto Tango Railway "Amanohashidate Station"
    If you are coming from Osaka, please take the JR Tokaido Main Line Limited Express Kounotori from JR Osaka Station, transfer to the Kyoto Tango Railway Miyafuku Line bound for Amanohashidate at Fukuchiyama Station, and get off at Amanohashidate Station.
    If you come from Wakayama, please go out to Osaka, and after that, it will be the same route as those coming from Osaka.

    If you come from Wakayama, please go out to Osaka, and after that, it will be the same route as those coming from Osaka.
    If you are coming from Kyoto, please take the Amanohashidate Tourist Association express bus from platform C2 at JR Kyoto Station and get off at Amanohashidate Station.
    Those coming from Nara or Shiga will need to go as far as Kyoto, and then follow the same route as those coming from Kyoto.

About Reservations and Usage

How many people can stay?
This is the price for renting the entire building for up to 6 people. Please let us know if you are staying with 7 or more people. Bedding will be provided. There is a charge of 1 yen (tax included) for each additional person. *Rurihama GRANDE has a maximum capacity of 6,600 people. Please let us know if you are staying with 8 or more people.
Where is the parking lot?
Up to two cars can be parked in each room. *Any cars from the third onwards will be parked in the shared free parking lot.
What about check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am.
Is early check-in and late check-out possible?
Due to cleaning considerations, please check in at 3pm and check out at 11am.

About Rooms and Equipment

Are there any facilities such as chopsticks, plates, and cups?
The rooms are equipped with chopsticks, plates, and glasses for the number of guests, as well as a microwave, refrigerator, and a system kitchen.
What amenities are available?
We provide pajamas, toothbrushes, and towel sets for the number of people in the group. The pajamas are one size fits all, so petite women and children should bring their own.
Do you have additional towels available to rent?
In addition to the towels provided in the room, if you need additional towels, we will provide them for an additional fee. Face towels are 1 yen (tax included), and bath towels are 110 yen (tax included).
Do you have a BBQ stove?

Pets and transportation

Can I bring my pet with me?
There is one building in Rurihama and several buildings within the group facilities. Please present your rabies vaccination certificate at check-in.
What if I don't have a car?
A shuttle will pick you up from the nearest Tango Railway Amanohashidate Station. The shuttle departs from Amanohashidate Station at 2:45 PM. Please note that we cannot generally accommodate requests for other times. *Free shuttle service must be booked at least three days in advance. *Same-day requests for shuttle service cannot be accommodated. *Depending on the reservation situation, you may have to share the car. *Same-day shuttle service is available if you take a boat or bicycle to the other side of Amanohashidate Station for sightseeing and then come to the Nishigaki Fuchu supermarket. (Reservation required) Please inquire about the time.
Is the hotel barrier-free?
There are some steps, but this is in accordance with the licensing standards under the Inns and Hotels Act and is barrier-free.
Is it wheelchair accessible and suitable for pregnant women?
The shuttle bus is not wheelchair accessible, but staff will assist you during the transfer. The villa is barrier-free for your comfort. Pregnant women can also stay without any problems.

Is it possible to do fireworks?
Only handheld fireworks are permitted in the courtyard and outdoors. Buckets, lighters, and garbage bags are provided by the hotel.
