• What are the check-in and check-out times?

  Check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM the following day.

  How many days in advance can I make a reservation?

  Reservations for room-only plans can be made until 6 PM the day before your stay, and for plans including meals, reservations can be made until 6 PM three days prior to your stay.
  For reservations made after the deadline, please contact us by phone.

  When does the cancellation fee start?

  Cancellation fees are 10% from 21 days prior, 50% from 14 days prior, and 100% from 7 days prior.

  Please tell me the payment method.

  You can pay in advance when making a reservation, or pay on-site with cash, various credit cards, electronic money, or QR code payment.

  Please tell me the child fare.

  For elementary school children and preschoolers who require bedding, the fee is 5,500 yen. Children sleeping in the same bed as their parents stay free of charge.

About Rooms

• What is the capacity of the room?

  Maximum 5 guests can stay.

  Please tell me the specifications of the bed.

  We provide two single beds and three futons.

  Do you have any rooms where I can stay with my dog?

  Yes. Two of the three buildings are dog-friendly.
  Please note that dogs are not allowed in one of the buildings.

  Do you have Wi-Fi?

  Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

  Is there a parking lot?

  Each building has a dedicated parking space for two cars.

  Is there air conditioning?

  All rooms are fully equipped.

About my dog

• Regarding restrictions on dog breeds and the number of units

  You can stay with up to two dogs of any breed.

  Can my dog ​​sleep in the same bed as me?

  Yes, you can rest together.

  Do you have amenities for dogs?

  We provide sheets, etiquette bags, dog diapers, deodorizers, a bed for your dog, a room exclusively for your dog, a sofa for your dog, dog food bowls, paw cream, and more.
  For information regarding other amenities, please contact our facility directly.

  Can you look after my pet before or after check-in?

  Yes. The first three dogs can use the service for 8800 yen each.
  The storage period is as follows: [Before check-in: from 6:00 AM to check-in] [After check-out: from check-out until 6:00 PM].

About sauna

• What time is the sauna available?

  You can use the private sauna provided in your room as many times as you like during your stay.

  Do you offer sauna wear rentals?

  Yes, we have it available.
  Swimsuits (bathing suits) (550 yen) and sauna ponchos (330 yen) are available for rent for a fee.
  Sauna hats are available for free use.

  Can I have a sauna with löyly (sauna steam)?

  Yes, you can enjoy it.

  Do you have a cold bath?

  Yes, we have it available.

  Do I need to wear a swimsuit to use the sauna?

  To ensure everyone's comfort, we ask that you wear a swimsuit when using the sauna.

About Meals

• Do you have a plan that doesn't include meals?

  Yes, we offer a room-only plan.

  Do you have a BBQ grill?

  Yes, we have it available.

  Can we have a BBQ even if it rains?

  Yes, it's possible even in the rain.
  The terrace roof is retractable, so you can use it with peace of mind even on rainy days.

  Can I have a BBQ even if I'm only booking accommodation without meals included?

  Yes. We rent out BBQ grills for 3,300 yen per group, so you can bring your own food and enjoy a BBQ.

  Are there any shops nearby where I can shop?

  On the way from the interchange to the facility, you will find a Seven-Eleven and a Y Shop Yamazaki (approximately 2 minutes by car).
  Additionally, a roadside station (Michi-no-Eki Tsuru) and a supermarket (Koseiya Tsuru Store) are located about 15 minutes away by car.
  It's also convenient for shopping before checking in.

• Can we do a bonfire?

  You can enjoy it in the designated area.

  Can we do fireworks?

  Only handheld fireworks are permitted in designated areas.

  Do you offer a pick-up service?

  By prior reservation, you can use our shuttle service to and from Tsuru City Station, Otsuki Station, and the Chuo Expressway Tsuru bus stop between 4 PM and 7 PM.

  Can it be used by a corporation?

  Yes, we also offer private booking plans.

  Is indoor golf available?

  Yes, it is available for our hotel guests.
  It is currently under preparation and will be available once completed (scheduled for around December).

  Can I send my luggage in advance?

  We can accommodate your request if you contact us in advance.

  Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
