  - Get off at Maiko Station on the JR Sanyo Main Line, and take a bus bound for Higashiura/Tsuna from the "Kōsoku Maiko" bus stop.
    After getting off at "Tsuna Port," it's about a 4-minute walk to our location.

About Reservations and Usage

What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is from 3pm to 6pm and check-out is by 10am.
How do I check in?
We will contact you separately regarding how to unlock the front door closer to your check-in date.
We will send you an SMS message to the email address or phone number you provided when making your reservation, so please enter it accurately.
Are there any cancellation fees?
Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
No-show: 100%
On the day ~ 7 days before: 100%
30 days before: 50%
Please tell me about the payment method.
Reservations at this facility are by advance payment only (credit card).
Please note that we do not accept payments on-site.
Is it available for a day trip?
Our facility does not offer day-use plans; we only offer overnight stays (room charge).
Regardless of the length of your stay, you will be charged the rate for one night's stay, but you are free to use the facilities until check-out.
Can I stay with my pet?
Please note that pets are not allowed.

We provide a Refa hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath towel, face towel, sauna poncho, sauna hat, loungewear, toothbrush, hairbrush, razor, cleansing cream, face wash, lotion, moisturizer set, body towel, cotton pads, cotton swab set, and hair ties.
What equipment do you have?
We provide a private pool, jacuzzi, sauna, BBQ grill, shower room, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, rice cooker, BALMUDA kitchen tools (electric kettle, oven, toaster), hot plate, and induction cooktop.
What cookware do you have?
We have a variety of cooking utensils available in the kitchen so you can freely cook with ingredients you bring yourself.
(Tableware, cutlery, wine glasses, champagne glasses, knives & cutting boards, pots, frying pans, etc.)
We also provide tongs and a gas BBQ grill for barbecuing.

*For hygiene reasons, we do not provide condiments, so please bring your own if you prefer.
Is it possible to have meals and BBQs even if it rains?
Yes, you can use it even in rainy weather.
The wooden deck extending from your room is covered, so you can enjoy BBQs and meals without getting wet in the rain.
Can I bring my own drinks?

Do you have Wi-Fi?
We provide free Wi-Fi access for all our guests.
Do you have pajamas?
Please bring your own pajamas (nightwear) as they are not provided in the rooms.

For fire safety reasons, bringing in firearms is prohibited.
If you would like to have a BBQ, please use the provided BBQ grill.

About the pool/sauna

How do you wear a sauna?
We provide a special sauna poncho in your room.
Alternatively, please bring a swimsuit or rash guard to wear as sauna attire.
Can I enter after drinking alcohol?
For safety reasons, we strictly prohibit the use of the sauna after consuming alcohol.

Others

Is it possible to do fireworks?
We apologize, but as there are residences nearby, the use of fireworks is prohibited inside the facility and in the parking lot.
Are there any house rules?
As our facility is located near residential areas, we prohibit nighttime noise (such as playing music or instruments outdoors, or diving into the pool at night).
Please be considerate of the residents in the surrounding area.
We operate this service in a way that ensures everyone can use it comfortably by following the rules.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is prohibited indoors.
Please use the ashtrays located outside if you wish to smoke.
