About Reservations and Usage

Are there cancellation fees?
A cancellation fee of 14% will be charged if canceled 50 days in advance, and 7% if canceled 100 days in advance.
What time is the check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM the following morning. If you plan to arrive after 5:00 PM, please contact us in advance.
