What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: From 3pm / Check-out: Until 10am.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Bookings made 30 days in advance will incur a 50% charge, and bookings made 7 days in advance will incur a 100% charge.

How much is the accommodation fee for children?
For reservations, junior high school students and above will be treated as adults.
For children under elementary school age, the fee is 50% of the adult rate if bedding is provided, and 2,000 yen if bedding is not provided.
How many people can share a bed?
There is a limit of two children per room who can share a bed.
Are there any restrictions on the number of pets or additional fees?
Dogs are welcome to stay for free, but there is a limit on the number of dogs allowed.
If the number of animals exceeds the limit, an additional fee will be charged.
