This time, for beginners and those who are using Mestin and Skillet for the first time, we will introduce tips and tricks on how to use each.
Mestin is a box-shaped cooking utensil with a handle. It is also called an all-purpose cooking utensil because it can be used for all kinds of cooking, including boiling, baking, and stir-frying.
To use, simply extend the handle, turn on the heat, and put the ingredients inside to boil or stir-fry.
Mestin is made of aluminum for good heat conduction.Since it is not treated with Teflon, please be aware that it can easily burn when using it.Add oil before cooking and do not heat over high heat. It's a good idea to cover it with parchment paper or non-stick aluminum foil before cooking.
A skillet is a cast-iron frying pan that is useful for baking and stir-frying.
To use it, just like a regular frying pan, just heat it up, add oil, and fry or grill the ingredients. The handle gets hot, so use a special cover or wrap it in a towel when lifting it.
Skillets conduct heat very well and will retain their heat for a while even after you remove them from the heat. Therefore, if you leave it unattended, the food may burn, so be careful. Also, if you add plenty of oil to the skillet and let it mix well before you start cooking, it will prevent the oil from sticking.
Here we will introduce three easy camping meals you can make in Mestin. From main dishes to desserts, they are all easy to make, so please give them a try.
