Founded in Tenmonkan in 1978, this renowned restaurant is known as the birthplace of Kurobuta (black pork) shabu-shabu. It's said that many local taxi drivers would recommend this restaurant when asked for their best Kurobuta restaurant. Unlike typical shabu-shabu, you first enjoy the original flavor of the meat, then dip it in egg or a special golden broth. The meal is finished with thin udon noodles, making it a representative Kagoshima delicacy.
