Universal Studios Japan uses a variable pricing system for tickets, so prices may vary depending on the date, peak season, weekends, and Japanese holidays.
The most basic admission ticket is the "Studio Pass," which allows you to enter the park on a designated day and use the general attractions.
The "Universal Express Pass" must be purchased separately and is used to reduce waiting times for designated attractions.
| Universal Studios Japan tickets | Main uses | Does it include an Express Pass? |

Universal Studios Japan's numbered tickets are proof of entry at a designated time, used to control the number of people entering specific areas and facilities during peak hours.
After obtaining a numbered ticket, travelers must proceed to the designated area at the time indicated on the ticket.
The primary purpose of the numbered ticket is to grant entry to the area, not to exempt you from waiting in line. It is also different from a Universal Express Pass.

If you plan to sightsee in Osaka the following day, it's recommended to stay in the Umeda, Namba, or Universal City area.
If you've already visited the main tourist attractions, we recommend heading to SKY DOME HANNAN or Umi Terrace Nishikinohama in southern Osaka Prefecture to enjoy a BBQ resort stay.
Osaka Castle is suitable for a half-day visit, and it's easy to combine a tour of the main tower, Nishinomaru Garden, and park with a trip to Shinsaibashi or Dotonbori.
If your trip is only for one day, I recommend staying overnight in Osaka city.
If you're planning a 2-4 day trip, you might want to extend your stay to SKY DOME HANNAN or Umi Terrace Nishikinohama to experience the night view of Osaka Bay, ocean-view accommodations, private pools, and outdoor BBQs.
