Booking Resort Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") has established the following Internet reservation system usage rules to ensure that customers use the Internet reservation service (hereinafter referred to as "this service") operated by our company appropriately.

These rules apply to our company and the users of this service (hereinafter referred to as "users") as specified in Article 2.

This service refers to accepting applications for reservations for facilities provided by the Company via the Internet using the method specified by the Company.

When using this service, users must comply with the terms and conditions established by the facility and these rules. When making a reservation using this service, users must register their name, address, telephone number, email address, etc. There are limitations to the services that can be provided by this service, and users agree not to request services beyond the limitations or request a reduction in fees.

A reservation made through this service is considered complete when the reservation number is displayed on the browser or when an email notifying the user of the confirmed reservation details is issued, and a usage agreement is then established between the facility and the user.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding article, if the Company determines that the User has violated these Rules or engaged in any act prohibited by Article 6, the Company may cancel the reservation without prior notice.

This is a basic service.
a. Making false or unjust applications when making reservations
b. Applying for a reservation on behalf of another person without their consent.
c. Reservations or membership registrations made by gangsters, gang members, gang-related organizations or related parties, or other anti-social forces
d. Any act that unduly interferes with the operation of the Service and causes or may cause disadvantage to the Company
e. Acts that infringe on the rights of other users or third parties, cause damage, or are likely to do so.
f.Use this service for commercial purposes such as resale or paid mediation.
g. Acts that violate public order and morals and laws, or acts that are likely to violate them.
h. In addition to the preceding items, acts that our company deems inappropriate.

If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please contact the relevant facility via this system or by telephone. If you cancel all or part of your reservation, you will be required to pay a penalty (cancellation fee) in accordance with the policy set by the facility.

We will not disclose to third parties any personal information or usage history of users that we learn in the course of providing this service, except in the following cases:
a.When disclosure is requested by a public institution with legitimate authority.
b.When the person in question consents.
c. When an unavoidable situation occurs that requires an emergency response

We may use registered user information for the purpose of researching usage trends of this service. In that case, we will not disclose users' personal information and usage history to third parties in a way that can identify companies, organizations, or individuals.
In addition to the above, we will handle users' personal information appropriately in accordance with our personal information protection policy.
Privacy Policy

The fee for reservations made through this service will be notified to the applicant in the email notifying the reservation confirmation issued by our company. The usage fee will be paid by the user at the facility by the method designated by the facility when settling the bill. If any additional fees are incurred in connection with the use of the facility other than the fee notified at the time of reservation confirmation, they will be paid at the facility.

We may temporarily suspend the Service without prior notice in the following cases:
a. To carry out maintenance, inspection, repair, improvement, etc. of the server
b. When a failure occurs in the systems or equipment necessary to provide this service
c. When it is necessary to temporarily stop the system due to computer program modifications, version upgrades, etc.
d. When a failure occurs in the Internet network, making communication impossible
e. When there are other unavoidable circumstances.

If a User causes inconvenience or damage to others through the use of this Service, the parties concerned shall be responsible for resolving such matters, and the Company shall not be held responsible in any way. The Company shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage caused by the User being unable to use the Service due to the situation described in Article 10 or the state of communication.

Our company may change these rules without prior notice to users as necessary. If a user uses this service after these rules have been changed, we will assume that the user has accepted the changed rules.

If any problem arises regarding the use of this Service regarding matters not specified in these Rules, the parties involved shall negotiate in good faith and attempt to resolve the problem.

If a dispute arises regarding the use of this service that cannot be resolved through discussion between the parties, it shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Japan at a court having jurisdiction over our company's location.
