About Reservation Plans and Usage

What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in time is from 3:00PM and check-out time is until 10:00AM.
Is it possible for day use?
Currently, we only accept overnight stays.
Are pets allowed?
Pets can only stay in the dog run 4-bed dome.
Can it be used by just one person?
Reservations can be made for a minimum of 2 adults.
Is it possible to change the number of people or a plan?
Changes can be made up to 3 days in advance.
Are there cancellation fees?
50% will be charged from 30 days prior to the event and 100% will be charged from 7 days prior to the event. Until 2 weeks prior to the event, you can change the date only once free of charge.

Do you have a shuttle service?
I am afraid we do not provide a shuttle service.The nearest bus stop is about 300 meters away, so you can come by public transportation.

At what age can you use the sauna?

How do you wear a sauna?
Please wear a swimsuit.For customers who do not have their own swimsuits, rental swimsuits are available at the front desk.
*Swimsuit rental fee is ¥500.
Can't other people peep me?
The sauna room is surrounded by a 1.8-meter-high fence, you can rest assured.
Can I bring my cell phone into the sauna room?

Is there a limit on the number of animals?
There is no limit on the number of animals.The size of the tent will be 38 m².
Is it okay for large dogs?
There are no regulations regarding the size of the dog.The dog run space has a 1.5m fence, so please do not jump over it.
What should I do about the toilet?
There is a toilet seat in one place in the room.Basically, please do so.You may also use the outdoor toilet on the premises, but please flush the water after using the toilet and dispose of your feces in a plastic bag.
