About the campsite

Is there a limit on the number of tents?
There are no restrictions as long as it is within the site you made the reservation.
About [North side] and [South side]
[North side] has better pricing than [South side] because it is further away from the administration building and toilet/shower building.
Can I specify the site number?
As a general rule, we do not accept requests to specify or guarantee site numbers.
Please note that if you wish, we will provide you with information on a request basis.

About Our Facility

What equipment do you have?
[Camp Area] Separate shower booths and toilets are available for male and female guests, and there is a kitchen on the premises.
[Glamping area] Equipped with a bath, dining space, toilet, and 2 single beds.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
[Camp Area] There is no Wi-Fi. Thank you for your understanding.
[Glamping Area] Wi-Fi is available in each cabin (room).
Do you have rental items for pets?
In the dog cabin in the glamping area, we have a cage, food/water bowl, and long leash for your dog.

About Meals

Can I bring my food and drinks?
Is possible.Please feel free to bring your own.
Is there a supermarket nearby?
Belk Chichibu Kagemori store is located about 5 minutes by car.

Others

Do you sell drinks?
Yes. Please purchase from the vending machine that is available 24 hours a day in front of the administration building.
Is there a home center nearby?
Cainz Chichibu store is located about 5 minutes by car.
Can I make an open fire?
Please refrain from burning open fires.
Can I swim in the river?
Due to the risk of falling rocks, this is prohibited.
Is there a danger from wild animals?
Deer and raccoon dogs are occasionally seen, but they may also appear near the river, so please be careful not to get too close to them.
Can you smoke?
[Camp Area] Please camp within the site. Customers are responsible for disposing of butts.
[Glamping Area] Ashtrays are available for rent. Smoking is not allowed indoors, so please smoke outside.
About purchasing firewood
Softwood trees are sold at the management building for 700 yen per bundle, and hardwood trees are sold at 1 yen per bundle.
■One bundle will be about 1 pieces, but the size of the firewood will vary depending on purchasing conditions.
Can we do fireworks?
Fireworks are prohibited. Hand-held fireworks are also prohibited after 21 p.m.
(Silent time is from 21pm to 7am.)
About garbage disposal
Sorted garbage will be collected at designated garbage stations.
Can I mail food to the campground?
Please refrain from sending refrigerated or frozen foods.
Please bring your own food with you.
