About Reservations

Is it possible to walk in on the same day?
Please call us on the day to confirm.
Until when can I change or cancel my reservation?
Reservations can be changed online until 1pm one day in advance.
Cancellations must be made until midnight of the same day.
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the reservation details.

About Rooms

Can I have a bonfire?
You can make a bonfire in the common space in front of the administration building or in the bonfire area provided at each site.You may bring your own fire pit and firewood, but we also have rentals and sales available.
We also have fire extinguisher cans, fire scissors, and fire extinguishing buckets.
■Bonfire stand rental: ¥2500
■Firewood sales: 1 basket ¥1000
■Available hours: Until 9pm (no open fires allowed) If you wish to use the bonfire area at each site, or if you would like to rent/sell, please let us know at the reception on the day of check-in.
Can we do fireworks?
Only hand-held fireworks are allowed. You can rent buckets at the reception. Please enjoy at the bonfire area in front of reception or on the road or bonfire area at each site by 9pm.

Those staying in the trailer house cannot use the toilet inside the trailer.

Do I need to bring a towel when using the bath?
