About reservation plans and usage

• What about check-in/out?

  Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am the next day.

  Is there a cancellation fee?

  Please note that a 14% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made 50 days before your stay and 7% for cancellations made 100 days before your stay.

  Will there be a cancellation fee in case of bad weather such as a typhoon?

  If you are unable to physically come to our hotel due to expressway or Akinada Bridge closures, ferry cancellations, etc., or if our hotel determines that your reservation is closed, we will waive the cancellation fee.
  For customers who have made reservations, if we determine that the facility poses a risk as of 5pm the day before, we will contact you from the facility.
  *Please note that if you cancel at your own discretion, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

  Is it possible to use it for a day trip?

  I'm sorry.Available for overnight stay only.We apologize for the inconvenience, but we kindly ask that you refrain from having friends of guests using the hotel for a day trip, such as just having dinner.

About Pet

• Do you have any rooms where pets can stay?

  We have two [Sweet Dog Domes] where you can bring your dog.
  There are no restrictions on the number or breed of dogs.
  *Only dogs that have received rabies vaccinations or other vaccinations and regularly go to the hospital can be brought along to our facility.

  Can I bring pets other than my dog?

  Please note that pets other than pet dogs are not allowed.

  Are there items for your dog in your room?

  Room types where you can stay with your dog are equipped with a cage, food bowl/water bowl, toilet tray, toilet seat, paw pad, and dog litter box.

  What precautions should I take when staying with my dog?

  *We do not provide food for dogs, so please bring your own.
  *One cage (the size of two medium-sized dogs) will be provided.
  　If you are bringing more than one animal, please bring a cage with you.
  *If your dog is not potty trained, please wear a diaper.

About room types

• What is the room capacity?

  Each dome tent has a capacity of 2 to 4 people.
  Up to 3 children can stay free of charge when sharing the same bed.

  How many beds does it have?

  Each dome tent has two double beds.
  Please note that we cannot provide additional bedding.

About equipment

• What kind of amenities do you have?

  Shampoo, body soap, conditioner, hair dryer, towel set, and toothbrush are available.
  *We do not provide pajamas, so please bring your own.

  Do you have cooking facilities?

  Each building has a separate dining space equipped with an electric BBQ stove (for a fee), a 2-door refrigerator (with freezer space), an electric kettle, and tongs.
  Knives and knife rentals are available in the common space, but please bring any other cooking utensils you may need.
  *Bringing in fire appliances is prohibited for safety reasons.

  Do I need to bring charcoal for the BBQ stove?

  Our BBQ stove is electric, so there is no need to prepare charcoal.

  Is there Wi-Fi?

  We apologize for the inconvenience, but there is no Wi-Fi available.

  Can I have a BBQ even if it rains?

  The individual dining spaces in each building are shaped like buildings, so you can enjoy BBQ without any problems even on rainy days.

  Is there a parking lot?

  Free parking is available.

  Is there a shower room or toilet?

  There are shared shower rooms and toilets in the administration building that are available 24 hours a day, so please use them.

  Can I have a bonfire?

  Each building is equipped with its own bonfire stand.
  Firewood is sold on-site, but you can also bring your own.
  *If you bring firewood, please prepare a fire starter.

About meals

• Is there a fee for bringing in food and drinks?

  There is no charge for bringing in your own food, so please feel free to bring your own food and drinks.
  *Please prepare in advance, especially if you plan to stay without meals.
  *There are no stores near the facility, so we recommend purchasing them at a supermarket before crossing the island.
  (Shops on the island often have irregular holidays or are not open at night.)

  Can I bring a BBQ stove?

  I'm sorry. Bringing in fire appliances is prohibited.
  If you would like to have a BBQ while staying without meals, please select BBQ stove rental from the reservation page.

  Is it possible to order only breakfast?

  Yes, breakfast only is available upon request.

Other

• Can I light a flower fire?

  It is possible until 9pm. Please fill the provided bucket with water and be sure to do so with safety in mind.
  *Anything other than hand-held fireworks is prohibited.

  Is there a convenience store/supermarket nearby?

  There are no stores near the facility, so we recommend purchasing them at a supermarket before crossing the island.
  (Shops on the island often have irregular holidays or are not open at night.)
  
  *Please prepare in advance, especially if you plan to stay without meals.

  Is ice sold at the facility?

  We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not sell ice at our facility and we do not have an ice maker, so we are unable to provide ice.
  We apologize for the inconvenience, but each building is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer, so if you need one, please purchase it in advance.​

  From what time can I use the rental bicycle?

  Rental time is from 10am, and you can use it after check-out/before check-in.
  Please note that we do not accept advance reservations and only accept on-site reservations.
  *Please note that there is a limited number of rental items, so if they are all rented, you may have to wait until the previous customer returns.
  *Bicycle rental is limited to 1 minutes per group.Please return to the administration building so that other customers can use the facility.

  Is it possible to fish from the sea near the facility?

  Sea fishing is possible from the breakwater within the facility grounds.Please bring your own fishing rod, bait, and tackle.

  Is it possible to bring in a bonfire and firewood?

  Each building is equipped with a bonfire stand, so please use the one provided.
  You may bring firewood, but if you do so, please also bring a fire starter.
  *Firewood sets are also available for sale at the administration building.
