About Reservation Plans and Usage

What time is the check-in and check-out?

Is it possible to make a day trip?
Unfortunately, we do not offer day use glamping.
If you would like to have a day trip BBQ, it is not in the glamping area, but we can arrange another location, so please contact us.
Is it possible to use the facility with my pet?
Sorry, pets are not allowed to stay with us.
Is it possible to change the schedule?
If you wish to change your date, please do so up to two weeks in advance or within three months of your scheduled appointment, and it will not be treated as a cancellation.
Due to system issues, it is not possible to change the schedule, so please cancel your reservation on the website and make a new reservation.
*If you wish to make a change, please make a new reservation and write "Change from ◯◯ to △△" in the comments section of the new reservation, and we will treat it as a change.
