- We offer rooms with semi-open-air baths, perfect for guests traveling with their dogs.
  The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 guests, and you are welcome to bring up to 3 dogs of any breed.

We will be serving miso sukiyaki, made with Chichibu miso as the base and plenty of local ingredients, accompanied by a cloud-like presentation of cotton candy.
For guests staying with their dogs, we also offer a sukiyaki-style hot pot specially prepared for your pet.

    Get off at Hanazono IC on Kanetsu Expressway via Minano Yorii Toll Road
    Get off at Ken-O Expressway Sayama Hidaka IC

  - Approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes from Tokyo Station
    The most convenient route is to take the Seibu Ikebukuro Line Limited Express from Ikebukuro Station to Seibu Chichibu Station.
    It is approximately 10 minutes by car from Seibu Chichibu Station to the facility.
    We also provide free pick-up service from Seibu Chichibu Station at 3pm.
    *Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance.
    *On the check-out date, the shuttle from the facility to Seibu Chichibu Station will depart at 11am.

About Booking

Is it possible to change the number of people or a plan?
Yes. It is possible to change the number of guests until one week before the reservation date.
If you have any changes to your accommodation details, we would appreciate it if you could contact us as soon as possible.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Bookings made 30 days in advance will incur a 50% charge, and bookings made 7 days in advance will incur a 100% charge.
We also offer "Glamping Cancellation Insurance" to cover you in the unlikely event of trip cancellation.
