A private resort villa called "Chichibu Villa Komura" has opened in Chichibu City, Saitama Prefecture, an area filled with nature, where you can relax surrounded by the sounds of the rustling forest and the murmuring of a clear stream.
All rooms are suites, and there are two types of villas available: a luxury villa with a private pool and sauna, and a villa with a dog run where you can stay with your beloved dog. Enjoy a luxurious time in a quiet and relaxing private space.

  Perfect for families or groups (up to 7 people).
  The surface of the pool is illuminated with beautiful, flickering Chichibu patterns, creating a magical nighttime pool experience like no other. You can also have seven different messages lit up by the pool for special occasions, such as birthdays, wedding anniversaries.
  Enjoy a unique and luxurious experience.

- A villa with a private pool overlooking the forest. The luxurious accommodation includes a private pool, sauna, and semi-open-air bath to soothe your mind and body. This room can accommodate up to 7 people and can be used by families or groups traveling together.

[NEW] Luminous Dog Suite [Pets allowed]
- We offer rooms with semi-open-air baths so that even those with dogs can feel comfortable staying with them.
  This room can accommodate up to four guests and up to three dogs of any breed are allowed.
  The private dog run is lit up with cute illuminations featuring the vivid Chichibu pattern design, one of the 100 selected Chichibu colors, as well as paw prints that evoke the image of dogs.
  Colorful lights sway on the grass of the dog run, allowing dogs to play even at night.
  *Please note that there is no sauna.

Dog Suite [Pets allowed]
- We have rooms where guests with dogs can feel comfortable staying with them.
  Up to four people can stay, and up to three dogs are allowed, regardless of breed. A semi-open-air bath is included, allowing you to enjoy an open-air stay surrounded by abundant nature.
  Rooms that allow pets are equipped with private dog runs, providing a space where your dog can play, run and interact with nature as he or she pleases.
  *Please note that there is no sauna.

This premium BBQ menu includes Saitama’s wagyu beef steak, local vegetables and lots of seasonal mushrooms.

We offer a BBQ menu that features domestic beef steak as the main dish, as well as local vegetables and seasonal mushrooms.

Dinner: Wagyu Shabu-shabu (Japanese hot pot)

You can relax and enjoy the course including Saitama’s wagyu shabu-shabu with a broth made from lots of mushrooms in your room.

This Japanese breakfast features the local brand rice to enjoy Chichibu’s fresh and seasonal ingredients.

    Get off at Hanazono IC on Kanetsu Expressway via Minano Yorii Toll Road
    Get off at Ken-O Expressway Sayama Hidaka IC
  By Train
  - Approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes from Tokyo Station
    The most convenient route is to take the Seibu Ikebukuro Line Limited Express from Ikebukuro Station to Seibu Chichibu Station.
    It is approximately 10 minutes by car from Seibu Chichibu Station to the facility.
    We also provide free pick-up service from Seibu Chichibu Station at 3pm.
    *Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance.
    *On the check-out date, the shuttle from the facility to Seibu Chichibu Station will depart at 11am.
    *Please note that our shuttle bus can accommodate up to six people, so if there are seven or more people or multiple groups of guests requesting transportation at the same time, we may ask you to share the car or wait at the station.
    *If you are bringing your dog with you on the shuttle bus, we ask that you use a cage. However, if anyone with your dog has a severe animal allergy, please contact us in advance.

About Booking

Is it possible to change the number of people or a plan?
Yes. It is possible to change the number of guests until one week before the reservation date.
If you have any changes to your accommodation details, we would appreciate it if you could contact us as soon as possible.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Bookings made 30 days in advance will incur a 50% charge, and bookings made 7 days in advance will incur a 100% charge.
We also offer "Glamping Cancellation Insurance" to cover you in the unlikely event of trip cancellation.

Is it possible for minors to stay at your facility?
If you are under the age of 18 or high school students, you are required to submit a parental consent form.

Please note that the hotel will not take responsibility for any troubles that occur on the premises, such as escapes.
Please note that we only provide equipment for pets.
Is smoking allowed?
There is no designated smoking area, but smoking is permitted on the deck space (outdoors) of your room.
Please be considerate of those around you and be careful when using fire. Please also refrain from smoking indoors.
Can I mail my luggage in advance?

Yes, you can bring your own food and drinks.

Yes, that is possible. Please let us know in advance which room you would like to dine in and we will be able to accommodate you.

Can we do fireworks?
Handheld fireworks are permitted until 8pm. Please inquire at the front desk.
Can I bring in charcoal for a BBQ?
For safety reasons, we ask that you refrain from using charcoal BBQs at our facility.
If you would like to have a BBQ, please select the [BBQ Gas Grill Set / 5,000 yen] from the options and use the gas grill provided in each building.
Can we do a bonfire?
Please note that the use of bonfires is currently suspended.
