About Reservation Plans and Usage

What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in: from 3pm, check-out: until 10am.
Is it possible to change the number of people or a plan?
You can change the number of people or change your plan up to 3 days before your reservation.
If you wish to change the number of people, you can do so online from the reservation confirmation email.
Due to system limitations, changes to your plan cannot be made, so please cancel your reservation and then make a new reservation.
*When making a new reservation due to a plan change, please write "change from ◯◯ to △△" in the notes section of the new reservation, and we will treat it as a change.
*If there is no description, the reservation may be treated as cancelled.
What are the payment methods?

For BBQ, please use the provided Weber gas grill.As a general rule, please refrain from bringing firearms into the venue.
Are there nearby convenience stores and supermarkets?
Lawson Namegawa IC East store is about 10 minutes away by car.
Plant 15 and Barrow Namerikawa store are approximately 3 minutes away by car.
If you wish to purchase items, we recommend that you do so before arriving at the facility.

Only hand-held fireworks and jet fireworks are allowed in designated areas.We have fire extinguishing buckets available at the facility, so please ask at the front desk if you would like one.
