    As this is a Kobe City park (Kobe City Nishi-Ryokuchi Park), there are swimming, fishing, ball games (as long as children can play), radio controls, airplanes, kite flying, fireworks, use of fire such as BBQs on the sandy beach, and other nuisances. Actions are prohibited.
