What is the capacity of the room?
It can be used by 4 to 12 people.
What time is the villa available?
There are two shifts, lunch and dinner, and the hours of use vary depending on the room.

We apologize, but there will be no shuttle service.Please use your car or public transportation.

We provide a large BBQ gas grill and tongs.
Do you have tableware?
We provide tableware and chopsticks necessary for meals.
Is it possible to have meals and BBQs even if it rains?
The terrace space has a roof and wind/rain curtains.We also have blankets and hot air blowers available, so you can comfortably enjoy your BBQ all year round.
Do you have an air conditioner and heater?
The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, so you can stay comfortably throughout the year.
Can I bring my own fire table and stove?
We apologize, but firearms are not allowed to be brought into the venue.
Does the villa have a pool?
Each villa does not have a pool, but is equipped with an ornamental water basin.Please note that this is not a facility for playing in the water.
Can I listen to music?
We have Bluetooth speakers available, so please connect them with your smartphone and enjoy.

There is a convenience store within 5 minutes by car and a supermarket within 15 minutes.
Do you play in the sea or sandy beaches nearby?
As this is a Kobe city park (Kobe City Nishi Ryokuchi Park), swimming, fishing, ball games (children's play is permitted), radio-controlled cars, airplanes, kite flying, fireworks, BBQs on the beach, and other activities that may cause a nuisance are prohibited.
What is the policy for cancellation fees due to weather and/or typhoons?
We prioritize the safety of our customers, and if we determine that we are unable to operate due to bad weather such as a typhoon or storm, we will contact you.
In that case, we will cancel your reservation free of charge. (This will be a decision made by our facility. If the customer cancels at their own discretion, the normal cancellation policy will apply.)
