  How do I check in and check out?

  We use an unmanned check-in/out system.
  To check-in, please enter the required information on the tablet at the check-in counter.After completing the procedure, the entrance unlock number will be displayed.
  Also, check-out will be done using the same tablet.

  Are pets allowed?

  Pets are not allowed.Please note that if we confirm that you are bringing your pet, you will be charged a beautification fee and business compensation fee.

  Is there a parking lot?

  Please use the private parking lot next to FamilyMart Awaji Iwaya store, which is a XNUMX-minute walk from our facility. (Up to XNUMX units)

  Do you have a pick-up service?

  We do not provide a pick-up service.

  Is it possible to use it for a day trip?

  Not available for day use.

  Can it be used by just one person?

  Available for single use.

  What about reservations and room availability?

  Payment method?

  Only advance card payment is accepted at the time of reservation.

  Is it possible to change the number of people?

  Changes can be made up to one week before your stay.

  Will there be a cancellation fee?

  90% from 30 days before your stay, 60% from 40 days before, 30% from 50 days before, and 10% from 100 days before your stay.
  Our hotel is operating as usual after implementing measures to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus.
  Even if a state of emergency or a request for self-restraint is issued by the government or local government, the standard cancellation fee will apply as usual.
  When making a reservation, please consider the situation carefully before making your decision.

About the room

• How many people are there?

  1 to 8 people.
  Children under elementary school age who share the same bed and do not require bedding are not included in the capacity. (However, up to 4 children can sleep together)

  How many beds are there?

  There are 4 double beds (XNUMX pillows) permanently installed.

  Can you provide an extra bed?

  There are no extra beds available.
  For stays of 5 or more people, 2 people will sleep on double beds.

  What about cleaning when staying for consecutive nights?

  Regarding cleaning for guests staying for consecutive nights, you can choose from one of the following options.

  During consecutive nights, we will enter the room and clean it between 11:30 a.m. and 14:30 p.m.
  ・[No cleaning required]
  We will ask you to replenish only the amenities.

  Are you a non-smoker?

  Smoking is prohibited except in designated areas with ashtrays.
  Please note that if we find smoking outside of the designated areas, you will be charged a beautification fee and business compensation fee.

  Can I invite people other than guests to my room?

  For security reasons, we strictly prohibit anyone other than guests from entering the guest room.
  Please note that if we confirm that someone other than the guest has entered the room, we will notify the police and charge a penalty of 1 yen per person, regardless of whether or not they are staying at the hotel.

About equipment

• What kind of amenities do you have?

  Amenities include THANN shampoo/conditioner/body soap, DR.CI:LABO cleansing/face wash/ACGS moisturizer/BB cream, toothbrushes (2), razor, hairbrush, cotton puff, cotton swab, hair tie, contact lens storage solution, and disposable bathtub. We provide towels (2), body towels, guest room slippers, washroom slippers, and a mask in a special anime tea bag.We provide one set of the above amenity set for each person.You can take your amenity bag and all the amenities inside the bag with you.Please bring pajamas for your child.

  Do you have pajamas?

  We have 5 size M and 5 size L pajamas available.We do not provide children's pajamas, so please bring your own.

  Is there Wi-Fi?

  Wi-Fi is available on the premises.

  Is there air conditioning/air conditioning?

  The tent is equipped with air conditioning.

  Is there a bath/toilet?

About meals

• Can I bring in food and drinks?

  You can bring your own. (There is no carry-on fee.)
  However, please refrain from cooking the ingredients. (Excluding the sky BBQ area.)

  Do you have a meal plan?

  Our hotel does not provide meals, so only room-only plans are available. Please use "MOON JELLY" or nearby restaurants.

  Can we have BBQ?

  On the 3rd floor where the dome tent is located, you can enjoy BBQ only in the "Tenku BBQ Area" of our hotel, which was opened in May 2023.
  (BBQ is prohibited outside the dedicated area on the 3rd floor.)
  In addition, "BUCHI" on the 1st floor offers terrace BBQ, and "MOON JELLY" offers beach BBQ.
  The usage fee for the "Terrace BBQ" provided by the restaurant "BUCHI" on the 1st floor is paid to BUCHI, and you can use the restroom in the restaurant.
  When you have a BBQ on the beach, there is no charge to use the beach itself, but if you want to use the restroom or the washing area to wash BBQ supplies, you will be charged a facility usage fee for "MOON JELLY". MOON JELLY also rents BBQ equipment, so we recommend paying the facility usage fee and renting BBQ equipment to make your stay more comfortable.

  Can I bring a BBQ stove or fire pit?

  Bringing in cooking utensils and firearms is prohibited. (It is prohibited in "all areas" including the sky BBQ area.)

  Do you have cooking utensils and seasonings?

  Please refrain from cooking at our hotel, so we do not provide cooking utensils or other self-catering facilities. (Excluding the sky BBQ area.)

  FamilyMart Awaji Iwaya store is located XNUMX minute walk from our facility.

  Are fireworks allowed?

  This is only possible on the beach.
  In addition, spray-type fireworks and skyrockets are prohibited; only hand-held fireworks are allowed.
  Fireworks can be enjoyed until 9pm.
  When enjoying fireworks, please be careful when handling fire.
  Please note that we have buckets, garbage bags, and chukkaman for fireworks in our guest rooms, so please use them.

  Can I make a bonfire?

  This is only possible on the beach.
  You can rent a fire pit, firewood, and kindling set at MOON JELLY by making a reservation in advance.

  Are there insects?

  Awaji Island is rich in nature, and plants around our hotel are vibrantly growing roots.
  Depending on the season and weather, insects may come to play.

  In the unlikely event that an insect gets into your room, please use the insecticide provided.
