It is possible for customers to bring their own ingredients for BBQ.Frozen foods and drinks are available 24 hours a day in the refrigerator of the in-room minibar.Please pay only for the amount used at check-out.
About Pets
With the exception of guide dogs, we do not allow pets to stay with us.
Regarding staff presence
Our hotel is located in a mountain valley.The hotel grounds cover approximately 5000 square meters facing the valley, and our staff is stationed 2 hours a day, about 24 minutes above the hotel with the valley behind.
About theater menu
You can freely log in and watch using the built-in app on Apple TV. We cannot accept DVDs or brought-in equipment. iPhone mirroring function is available.
Regarding accommodation of children
Preschool children are not allowed to stay.Children of elementary school age and older can stay for the price of one adult.
About Our Shuttle Service
