We will select carefully selected ingredients from the island and prepare a BBQ set made with domestic ingredients, along with full moon salt (for meat).

Special salt made from Teshima seawater on a full moon day and slowly crystallized in a flat glass kiln.
We have captured the essence of life that lives in the Seto Inland Sea.
We carefully grew the crystals to match the meat.
