For those using the glamping facilities, you can extend your stay until 12:00 PM for 2,000 yen per person per hour. For those using the villas, check-out is currently by 11:00 AM.
What are the payment methods?
We accept cash and various credit cards.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Cancellation fees apply as follows: 20% from 27 days prior, 50% from 14 days prior, and 100% from 7 days prior to the day of the reservation.
Are the campaign plans priced with the discount applied?
Yes, the booking website already displays the price after the discount has been applied.
Can I stay here alone as an adult?

What amenities are provided?
We provide adult-sized pajama gowns, towel sets (bath and face), shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, toothbrush, and facial cleanser.
*Please note that we do not provide children's pajamas, so please bring your own.

Each guest room is equipped with a private open-air hot spring bath, a gas grill for BBQ (additional charge of 5,000 yen), a refrigerator, electric kettle, hairdryer, frying pan, various plates, tongs, and fire-resistant gloves. A microwave oven is available in the common area of the main building.
Do you have cutlery? Can I rent a pot?
Cutlery and tableware are provided in your room. We also offer free rental of pots and pans.

While there are no domes inside the bedrooms, they are located in the adjacent building (the dome and building are included in the accommodation style).

Is there a parking lot?
There is a free parking lot approximately 100 meters (1 minute walk) from the facility. Multiple vehicles are welcome. You can also arrive at the facility first and unload your luggage there.

Yes, you can use a private fire pit in any of the guest rooms.

It is possible, but it is colder than in the city center, so we recommend having a BBQ indoors.

Is it possible to bring ingredients?
Yes, you can. Bring your favorite ingredients and enjoy a BBQ however you like.

How many dogs can I accept?
Each guest room, both the Dog Suite and Dog Garden, allows a maximum of 5 dogs. There are no restrictions on breed.

You are welcome to stay overnight. However, please note that you will not be able to use the shared spaces.
Can I maintain social distancing from other guests?

We have one cage large enough for one medium-sized dog. Additional small cages can be provided if needed.

Only handheld fireworks are permitted. You will be directed to a designated area upon check-in. *Fireworks that launch or spray are prohibited. *Use is permitted until 21 PM.

Bringing bath additives is not permitted as they can cause plumbing problems and contamination. Our facility uses natural hot spring water, so please enjoy the water's natural quality.

From early December to late March, there is a possibility of snow accumulation of 10 to 30 cm.
