As soap cannot be used in the open-air bath attached to the room, no soap is provided.
The day-trip hot spring facility (Yaita Onsen Makoto no Yu Honkan) provides rinse-in shampoo and body soap.

Please refrain from bringing food or drinks into the venue.
Is there a welcome drink?
We will provide apple juice and 500ml bottled water for each person.
We also offer green tea, coffee, and herbal tea bags.
Can I purchase drinks?
Makotoan Restaurant offers soft drinks, local sake (Japanese sake), whiskey, sour drinks, beer, highballs, and more.
Additionally, Café Verite serves freshly brewed coffee and tea.
Soft drinks are also available for purchase from vending machines, which are the only ones available 24 hours a day.

What equipment do you have for my dog?
We have dog supplies available, including food dishes, water dishes, litter boxes, pet tents, waste bins, pet deodorizers, and pet wet wipes for small dogs.

In addition to dogs, cats can also stay with you, but please note that we do not provide any equipment other than that for dogs, so please bring your own equipment for cats.

Are there any restrictions on the breed or number of pets?
Up to three small and medium sized dogs and two large dogs are allowed to stay.

If your pet has an accident and soils the futon, we will charge you 2,000 yen for cleaning.
