What time is the check-in and check-out?
Check-in: from 3pm, check-out: until 11am.
Do you have any pet-friendly rooms?
Pets are not allowed.Please acknowledge it beforehand.
Are there cancellation fees?
A 30% charge will be applied from 50 days before your stay/use date, and a 7% charge will apply from 100 days before your stay.

We have a BBQ stove, electric kettle, microwave, and 5.5 cup rice cooker.
I'm only staying overnight, but can I use the BBQ grill? Do I need to bring charcoal etc.?
There is a stove in the room, so please feel free to use it. It is a gas stove, so you do not need charcoal.
Do you have cooking utensils?
We have kitchen knives, cutting boards, bottle openers, pots, frying pans, colanders, bowls, spatulas, ladles, chopsticks, etc.

The width is 3m and the height is 6m. The 50cm depth section is 1.5m, and the 1.1m depth section is 4.5m.

Yes, we do.
Children who are still in diapers are required to wear swim pants when using the pool.

How do you maintain and clean the pool water?
To ensure that our facility can be used safely, we implement the following strict water quality management measures.
- Continuous purification by circulating filtration equipment
-Regular checking and adjustment of chlorine concentration
・Periodic cleaning and replacement of all water is carried out by draining all water.
In the unlikely event that contamination is found, we have a system in place to quickly replace the water and disinfect it. Please use it with peace of mind.
