What time is the check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:5 pm to 10:XNUMX pm, and check-out is until XNUMX:XNUMX am the following morning.
*Please note that check-in will start from 3pm due to cleaning and preparation.

Can I go out after checking in?

Staff availability

If you are unable to physically come to our campsite due to highway or general road closures, train suspensions, etc., or if we determine that our campsite is closed, we will waive the cancellation fee.

yes. There is a dining area with air conditioning and heating next to the dome tent, so you can enjoy BBQ even if it rains.
What time does the meal last?
If you order a meal, the food will be delivered by 6pm after check-in.
You can also hand it over at check-in.
Out of consideration for nearby residents, we will only allow outside dining until 10pm.
Do we prepare anything for the BBQ?
There are no special restrictions for customers who have ordered meals.
If you are staying without meals and are bringing your own food, please prepare your own.
I have an allergy, can you accommodate me?

When providing food and drinks to customers with food allergies, our basic policy is to prioritize customer safety, but please be aware of the following:
I. If a food allergy is requested, we will provide a dish that removes the specific ingredients requested by the customer to the extent possible, but as a general rule, we cannot accommodate any further.
II. Because our facility uses a variety of ingredients in the same kitchen, we do not use specialized cooking utensils for each ingredient.
Additionally, we do not individually sterilize, boil, or wash cooking utensils and tableware used by customers to remove allergens.
