Our facility “LE NIDO” is located in the Yamanakako Village at the foot of Mt. Fuji, and it takes approximately 100 mins to get there from the center of Tokyo by car. All rooms are luxuriously designed with a view of the majestic Mt. Fuji.Equipped with separate toilets and shower rooms, it is a safe glamping experience even for beginners, including women and children.

  - It takes approximately 1 hour and 40 mins from Tokyo area.
  - Via the Chuo Expressway. It takes approximately 8 mins from Yamanakako IC.
  By Train
  - It takes approximately 3 hours from Tokyo area.
  - Please take a limited express train bound for Kofu, transfer to a limited express train bound for Kawaguchiko (Lake Kawaguchi) at “Otsuki Station,” and get off the train at “Mt. Fuji Station.” At Mt. Fuji Station, you can take a bus bound for Gotemba Premium Outlets, taking approximately 30 mins, get off the bus at “Yamanakako Hotel Mt. Fuji Entrance (Iriguchi),” walk for 30 mins or take a taxi for 5 mins, and then you’ll get to our facility.
    There are few cruising taxis, so we recommend making a reservation for a taxi.

  - It takes approximately 2 hours from Tokyo area.

About Reservation Plans and Usage

What time is the check-in and check-out?
The check-in: 3 p.m. ~ The check-out: ~ 10 a.m.
It is possible to park your car between 10 a.m. and 15 p.m.
Is it possible to make a day trip?
Unfortunately, day use is not possible. We only accept reservations for accommodation.
Is it possible to use the facility with my pet?
I am afraid it is not possible. Pets are not allowed at our facility.
Is it possible to use your facility alone?
No, reservations can be made for a group of 2 or more at our facility.
Is it possible to change the number of people or a plan?
Yes. It is possible to change the number of guests until one week before the reservation date.
Are there cancellation fees?
We charge 50% from 30 days prior and 100% from 7 days prior. 2 weeks prior to the date of your stay, you may change your reservation once free of charge.

Each type of the rooms can accommodate 4 people (up to 6 people).
How many beds are there?
You will be sleeping on futons. If the number of guests exceeds the room capacity, we will provide additional mattresses.

Kitchen knife, cutting board, kitchen scissors, bottle opener, and salt and pepper.
What is included in the BBQ gas stove set (rental item: 3,850 yen/tax included)?
A BBQ gas stove, grill rack, and tongs are included. We do not have a pot or iron griddle, but you can use them if you bring them by yourself.
Please make the most of them if you enjoy your original BBQ with the Sudomari plan.
*Fire-causing devices are not allowed.
*Guests with the plan including meals can use them for free.
Do you have tableware?
Yes, we have various tableware such as dishes, chopsticks and spoons.*Tableware will only be served to guests who order food or choose a BBQ stove from Options.
Is it possible to have meals and BBQs even if it rains?
Yes. Refrigerators are available in each tent.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, each tent is equipped with Wi-Fi.

Tents at each building have a private shower room and bathroom (toilet).

Yes. There is a free shared parking lot.

No, firearems are not allowed to bring in.

Yes. it is possible.

Are there nearby convenience stores and supermarkets?
“Supermarket Ogino Yamanakako Store,” “Lawson Yamanakako-nishi Store,” and “Seven Eleven Yamanakako Interchange Store / Yamanakako Lakeside Store” are all within an approximately 5-minute drive.
Is it possible to do fireworks?
Only sparklers are allowed here. Please enjoy them near a bonfire stand.
A BBQ lighter is included in the bonfire set. Additionally, sparkler buckets are available next to the BBQ sink.
About lost items
Lost items will be disposed of 2 weeks after storage without inquiry. Raw food will be disposed of immediately.
