What is included in the BBQ gas grill (rental item: 3,500 yen/excluding tax)?
A BBQ gas grill, net, tongs, and fireproof gloves are included. Please feel free to use them when you enjoy your own original BBQ with no meals included. *Bringing fire equipment is prohibited. *We offer free rental to guests with meal plans.
Do you have tableware?
We provide tableware, glasses, and unbreakable tableware for children.
Is it possible to have BBQ and eat even if it rains?
The dining space in each building allows you to enjoy your meals regardless of the weather. Day-use BBQs can also be enjoyed in the covered center house.
Is there Wi-Fi?
We have Wi-Fi available exclusively for guests in both the center house and guest rooms.
Is there air conditioning/air conditioning?
The dome tent is fully air-conditioned and heated, and the dining area is equipped with gas heaters for the winter. The day-use BBQ area also has air conditioning and heating.
Is there a bath/toilet?
Each building has its own natural hot spring, toilet, and washroom.
Do you have a TV?

How many seasonings do you have?
We have the seasonings necessary for course and additional option menus.This is not available for guests with a room-only plan.Please bring your own.

How many days in advance can I order food?
You can order until 3:12 noon three days in advance. Please contact the facility at least 3 days in advance.
Can I bring in food and drinks?
Yes, you can. We have a BBQ gas grill set in the room. We also have alcoholic drinks and soft drinks (charges apply) in the refrigerator in each room.
If I book several rooms as a group, can we eat together?
The dining room in your room can accommodate up to four guests in the ABC type and up to eight guests in the Grande type. For more than that, the Center Building BBQ Grand can accommodate up to 30 people (additional charge: 22,000 yen including tax).
Is it possible to bring in a bonfire table/stove?
We do not allow firearms to be brought into the venue.
Is it possible to order only breakfast?
Is possible.We offer a Japanese breakfast using plenty of local ingredients.
Is there a convenience store/supermarket nearby?
There is a convenience store within a 3-minute walk and a supermarket within a 5-minute drive.
Is the meal menu the same all year round?
In order to use seasonal ingredients and provide better dishes, we are planning to switch to April and October. Depending on the timing of your reservation, the menu may differ from what you received at the time of reservation.note that.

Until what time is the bonfire terrace open?
The event will be held until 22pm.The tour may not be able to operate depending on the weather (rainy or strong winds).
Regarding forgotten items
At check-out, our staff will check to make sure there are no items left behind in your room.If it is discovered at a later date, we will keep it at our facility for one month, but drinks and food will be destroyed on the same day for hygiene reasons.note that.

Fireworks are prohibited as it is located in a city park.
Do you have any recommendations for how to spend a glamping night?
After enjoying your meal, you can relax in the hot spring in your room, or spend an outdoor evening on the deck of your room, enjoying the starry sky and the sounds of insects. Some guests go to sleep after 21 p.m., so please refrain from playing music and enjoy the quiet night that is unique to glamping.
