What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM, and check-out is until 10AM.
Are there cancellation fees?

Do you have a shuttle service?
We provide a pick-up service from Niimi Station.

Only one building has rooms where you can bring your dog.

What amenities are provided?
There are towels, bath towels, and yukata in the room.
Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush, makeup remover, face wash, lotion, emulsion, razor, and hair ties are available at the hot spring facility.
Is it possible to have meals and BBQs even if it rains?
Each dining space is built in the form of a building, so you can enjoy BBQ with peace of mind even in bad weather.
Is there a shower room and bathroom (toilet)?
You can take a shower at the adjacent Niimichiya Onsen Ibuki no Sato.
There are individual toilets in each building.

About Meals

Is it possible to bring ingredients and beverages?
Yes, please enjoy your original glamping, freely bringing your favorite ingredients and beverages!
Is it possible to bring cooking devices such as a BBQ grill and gas stove by myself?
In terms of safety, it is not allowed to bring your own fire-causing devices.
If you have a BBQ with the “Sudomari” plan, please rent a BBQ grill (5,000 yen) on the reservation page.
Is it possible to order only breakfast or dinner?
Yes, please choose the “Sudomari” plan when making a reservation and select “Only breakfast” or “Only dinner” according to your preferences.
What is a BBQ grill like?
We offer an easily-handled authentic BBQ gas grill with an iron plate, heat-resistant gloves and tongs.
There is no need to prepare charcoal, so even beginners can use it easily!
■The rental fee is 5,000 yen.
■If you make a reservation for the plan with meals, the rental fee is already included in the accommodation fee.

Others

Can we do a bonfire?
Yes, we have prepared a bonfire set (bonfire stand, 1 bundle of firewood, fire starter, chukkaman, gloves, fire scissors) that can be enjoyed in the deck space of each building for a fee of 1,600 yen.
If you wish, please contact the front desk.
■For safety reasons, it is prohibited to bring in bonfire stands or firewood.
■Please note that the use of a bonfire is available until 21 p.m.
Is it possible to do fireworks?
Only hand-held fireworks are allowed in the parking space.A fire extinguishing bucket is available in the administration building, so please ask the front desk if you would like to use it.
Please note that the use of sparklers is available until 9 p.m.
About tattoos
We strictly prohibit people with tattoos from bathing in the large public bath.
Additionally, we do not permit tattoos or visible tattoos within the building.
