Basically it is possible.Please check the reservation page for details as there are periods when we are unable to accept reservations depending on the schedule.
Are there cancellation fees?
From the 7th to the 2nd: 30%, the day before: 50%, and on the day: 100%.
Is it possible to change the number of people or a plan?
You can make your reservation up to 7:23, 59 days before your reservation.Any subsequent increase or decrease in the number of people will be subject to a cancellation fee, and we may not be able to accommodate such changes depending on the situation.

About lost items
After checking out, our staff will check to make sure there are no items left behind in your room.If it is discovered at a later date, we will store it at our facility for one month, but the drinks and food will be disposed of for sanitary reasons.
