  - In front of Hakone Tozan Bus & Izu Hakone Bus "Kamitakanosu" bus stop
    Please take the train from Shinagawa Station or Kawasaki Station to Odawara Station.It takes about 45 minutes by bus from Odawara Station to Kamitakanosu.

About Reservation Plans and Usage

What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am the following day.
Are there any cancellation fees?
30 days prior to the reservation will incur a 50% charge, and 7 days prior to the reservation will incur a 100% charge.
Regarding children's accommodation
Regarding reservations at Morito Sora Hakone, junior high school students and above are treated as adults. Children under elementary school age will be charged 50% of the adult rate if they have bedding, and 2,000 yen if they do not have bedding.
How many people can share a bed?
Regarding children sharing beds, the limit is one per adult.
Number of pets and additional fees
Dogs are welcome to stay for free, but there is a limit on the number of dogs allowed.
If the number of animals exceeds the limit, an additional fee will be charged.

Facilities include air conditioning, air purifier, toilets with bidet, bath, free WiFi, TV, fire pit (excluding SPA Terrace and Suite SPA), mini kitchen, BBQ grill (rental fee required if bringing your own), refrigerator (one bottle each of beer, sour, tea, soda, and water), electric kettle, microwave, lantern, terrace slippers (for adults), and lap blankets.
What tableware do you have?
We have chopsticks, spoons, forks, knives, bowls, rice bowls, plates, tumblers, wine glasses, kitchen scissors, peelers, ladles, spatulas, knives, cutting boards, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, etc. *Please note that we have tried to avoid using fragile items such as glass so that you and your dog can spend time comfortably. We have (large and small), mugs, glasses, and cutlery (chopsticks, spoons, knives, forks).
I have booked a room only reservation. Can I borrow cooking equipment?
Frying pans and pots are available for rental. Please contact us in advance.
If you wish to use the BBQ gas stove (outdoor terrace), an additional 3,850 yen will be required.

"FamilyMart Hakone Kowakien Yunessun Store" is located about 3 minutes by car.
Regarding drinks
As all meals will be served in your room, please bring your own drinks. The refrigerator is stocked with one bottle each of beer, sour drinks, tea, soda, and water.

Regarding bringing pets (dogs)

Do you have anything to bring?
When visiting, please be sure to bring along a vaccination certificate for any five or more combined vaccinations and a rabies vaccination certificate.
In addition, please fill out the accompanying guest accommodation agreement in advance and bring it with you.

We do not provide diapers or safety belts at our facility. Please bring your own.

We provide a total of five pet sheets for your use during your stay.
