About Room Types

What is the room capacity?
2 bed type, 4 bed type → Maximum occupancy 4 people
8 bed type → Maximum 8 people
*Children who do not require bedding (sharing beds) will not be included in the capacity.
From what age do children pay the adult rate?
It applies from children aged 6 and older.
Can I enter more than the capacity?
For example, a room for 4 people may accommodate up to 6 people, and a room for 8 people may accommodate up to 10 people.
If you would like to bring more people than the capacity, please understand that it will be your own responsibility.
How many beds are there?
We have rooms with 2, 4 and 8 beds.
Anything longer than that will require sleeping on a mattress and futon on the floor.
What is the bed size?
This is a single size.
What time is check-in/out?
The check-in time is from 3pm and the check-out time is until 10am the next day.

About Our Facility

What amenities are available for the room?
We provide towel sets, toothbrushes, bedding, razors, hand washing soap, a ladies' set (cotton, hair ties, cotton buds), and hair dryers.
Bedding is one size fits all, so please bring your own for children.
Do you have cooking equipment?
There are knives, cutting boards, and electric kettles provided.
No firearms are permitted on board.
If you would like to bring your own barbecue, please rent a BBQ gas grill.
There are no microwaves in the rooms, but they are available in the management building. Please note that they are available until 8:50pm.
Do you have tableware?
We prepare dishes and chopsticks for the number of guests.
*We do not have spoons or forks, so please bring them by yourself.
Do you have any dog-friendly rooms?
No. However, you can enjoy a magnificent view of Mt. Fuji from your room and terrace.

I am afraid it is not. Please use an individual shared bathroom and shower in our facility.

There are two parking spaces for each building in the shared parking lot.

About Meals

Until when is it possible to order meals?
Please order meals at least 5 days before your stay.
What food is sold in the administration building?
We do not sell any ingredients at the administration building.
There is a supermarket “Heiwado Adogawa.” (Approximately 10 mins by car)
Is it possible to bring a BBQ stove?
Bringing fire-causing devices is not allowed.
Is it possible to order only breakfast?
Yes. Refrigerators are available in each tent.

Can I do fireworks?
Fireworks are allowed until 8pm. Please fill the provided bucket with water and make sure to take proper safety precautions.
*Only Hand-held fireworks are allowed.
Is there a cancellation fee?
50% will be charged 14 days before, 100% from 7 days before.
Can you see Lake Biwa from the tent windows?
There is a green area managed by Shiga Prefecture in front of the tent. Depending on the growth of the vegetation, you may not be able to see the view clearly.
Can minors stay without an adult?
Yes. Please make sure to complete the consent form below and submit it by the time of check-in.
