We have a cute round dome-shaped tent and a diamond-shaped tent, "Stella Dome," which is Japan's first original design. They are also fully equipped with air conditioners and heaters. What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in: 3:00pm - 6:00pm / Check-out: Until 10:00am the next day
Can I check in earlier than 3pm?
Until the check-in time, we are maintaining our facility so that everyone can have a comfortable stay, so it will be difficult to show you to the room. However, there is a parking lot available, so you can park your car at our facility and take a walk around the area or play in the water at the beach. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Can I use your facility for a day trip?
I'm afraid we do not accept day use for our facility.
Are pets allowed?
Dogs are allowed at Stella Dome. There is a dedicated dog run, so you can spend your time with your dog off leash. Please feel free to bring your dog with you and stay at our facility.
*Please note that dogs are not allowed on the beds. Thank you for your understanding.

Are there children's rates?
Yes. Children's rates are for elementary school students and younger (Ages ~ 6), and adult rates are for junior high school students and older (Ages 6 ~).
The accommodation fee for children is 4,950 yen, and a kid's BBQ menu is available for 2,200 yen for dinner.
It is free of charge if you co-sleep with them.

Shampoo, body wash, hair conditioner, hair dryer, toothbrush, body scrub towel, cotton swab / cotton set, hairbrush, shaver, skin care set (makeup remover, face wash, toner, and milky lotion), pajamas, towel set (bath towel and hand towel), hand soap, etc.
Do you have cooking equipment?
BBQ grill (paid service), tongs, heat-resistant gloves, kitchen knife, cutting board, and electric kettle
Please refrain from bringing fire-causing equipment with you. If you select the room-only plan, please make sure to rent a BBQ grill.
*For guests with the meal-included plan, the fee for the BBQ grill is included.
Do you have tableware?
Paper plate, paper cup, disposable chopsticks, and cutlery set (fork, knife, and spoon) for each person

How many days in advance do I have to order meals?
We accept meal orders until 3:00pm the day before your stay.

No. We are sorry, but bringing fire-causing equipment is prohibited.

Is it possible to do fireworks?
Only hand-held fireworks are allowed in the designated areas until 9pm. We will show you the location on the day of check-in.
We have fire extinguishing buckets available for you to use.
