What happens to cancellations due to severe weather such as typhoons?
If you are physically unable to reach our facility due to highway closures, suspension of public transportation, etc., or if we decide to close the facility due to a weather warning, etc., we will waive the cancellation fee. For customers who have made a reservation, if the facility determines that there is a risk of danger at 17 PM the day before, we will contact you from the facility. *Please note that if you cancel on your own judgement, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
