Where should I check in?
You can check in at the hot spring facility "Hanayumi." If you are coming to our facility by car, We think that it will go smoothly if only a representative leaves luggage in the car and come to check in.
Is it available for a day trip?
I am afraid Glamprouge is an accommodation facility, so it cannot be used for day trips. However, Hanayuumi, a hot spring facility, is open for dining and day-use hot springs, so please feel free to visit it.
Are there cancellation fees?

Is it possible to use your facility with my pet?
We are very sorry, but we do not have dog-friendly rooms at our facility.

It can accommodate up to 5 adults.
How many beds are there?
We have the "2-bed Type" and "4-bed Type" dome tents.
If you need more bedding than the number of beds, you will sleep on bed mats and bedding.

We provide towel sets (bath towels and hand towels), shampoo, body wash, hair conditioner, hand soap, toothbrushes, and pajamas.

We provide kitchen knives, cutting boards, cooking shears, tongs, and heat-resistant gloves. We do not provide seasonings, so please bring your own especially if you are making a reservation for the room-only plan.
Do you have tableware?
We have tableware, chopsticks, spoons, and forks for the number of people.
Is it possible to have meals and BBQs even if it rains?
Each guest room has an all-weather dedicated BBQ space, so it is possible.

Yes. It is available in each room.

I'm sorry, but for fire safety reasons, bringing fire-causing equipemtn is prohibited. Please use the BBQ grill (paid service) installed in each room.

Yes. Please make a reservation for the room-only plan and select breakfast as an option.
