  - Approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes from Kyoto-Higashi I.C. on the Meishin Expressway.
    From the direction of Osaka, it is convenient to use Lake Biwa West Rift Road/ Route 161 via Meishin Expressway.
  By Train
  - Nearest station: 6 minutes by car after getting off at “Omi Imazu Station” of JR Kosei Line.
    If you are coming from Osaka, take the JR Kyoto Line from JR Osaka Station, get off at JR Kyoto Station, transfer to the JR Kosei Line, and get off at Omi Imazu Station.
  About free shuttle service from “Omi-Imazu Station”
  - Reservation is required for our free transportation service.
    Please note that we cannot accept requests for pick-up and drop-off on the day of the tour.

About Reservation Plans and Usage

What time is the check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is at 10am the following day.
Do you accept credit cards payments?
You can pay by cash or credit card upon check-in.
Are there cancellation fees?
A cancellation fee will apply starting 30 days before your check-in date. (30 days before: 50 % of the total plan fee | 7 days before: 100 % of the total plan fee)
*It is possible to make date changes until two weeks before your check-in date for free.
*Changes in the number of guests are not subject to cancellation fees.

■Cancellation due to typhoons
If you are unable to physically come to our facility due to a highway closures, etc., and we decide to close our facility, no cancellation fees will be charged.
Will a cancellation fee apply if I change the number of people, the plan, or the reservation date?
Changes to the plan and the number of people can be made online or on the phone.
*Changes in the number of people and the plan can be made up to 3 days before your check-in date, and changes to the reservation date can be made up to 2 weeks before your check-in date (but only once).

About accommodation for dogs

Regarding dog breed restrictions and number restrictions
Our facility has no breed or number restrictions on dogs.
In order to ensure that the next guest can have a comfortable stay, please be respectful and avoid letting your dog get into trouble indoors.
■For dogs that have not been potty trained, please wear dog diapers.
Is there anything I need to bring my dog with me?
At check-in, we ask that you present a proof of rabies vaccination or a vaccination certificate of 5 or more vaccines.
If for some reason you are unable to receive the vaccination, please contact us in advance.
What amenities do you have for your dog?
We provide food bowls, water containers, wet tissues, toilet trays, pet sheets, pet trash cans, deodorant spray, and etiquette bags in your room.

Although we do not have cages in each room, we do have several available for rental, so please contact us in advance if you would like one.

Fire equipment will cost an additional 5,000 yen, but please rent a BBQ grill set (gas grill, tongs, gloves).

About Meals

Until when is it possible to order meals?
Please order the BBQ menu by 2:15 pm one day before your stay, and the Omi duck hotpot menu by 3 days before your stay.
Are food and drinks sold in the administration building?
Food and drinks are not sold in the facility management building.
There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, so please bring your own.

There is no charge for bringing in food or drinks.

Bringing fire-causing devices is not allowed.
