About use

What time is check-in/out?
Check-in is from 3pm to 6pm, and check-out is from 8am to 10am. If you will be arriving after 6pm, please contact us in advance.
Is it possible to change the number of people or a plan?
You can change the number of people after making a reservation as long as it is within the capacity.
You can change your plan, but please note that you will need to cancel your reservation online and make a new one.
In addition, changes to the number of people or plans can generally only be made by 3:00 PM on the day before your stay.
If you wish to make a reservation after that time, please contact us by phone.
When do reservations start?
Reservations for up to 10 months in advance can be made on the 1st of each month.
What are the payment methods?
We accept local payment or advance payment by credit card.
Is it possible to use your facility with my pet?
Dogs are only allowed to stay in the "Cocoon Tent".
If you have booked a room type other than a Cocoon Tent room and accidentally bring your pet dog, we may ask you to leave your pet at a nearby pet hotel or cancel your reservation.
Are there any dog breed restrictions?
・We only allow up to two small/medium size dogs or one large size dog.
(Up to 20kg, 2 animals; 20kg-30kg, 1 animal)
Is there anything I need when staying with my dog?
Please bring proof of rabies vaccination. If you are unable to have your pet vaccinated for some reason, please provide alternative documentation that proves that your pet has been attending a hospital.
Is it available for a day trip?
We are sorry, but our facility is available exclusively for guests staying overnight.
Are there cancellation fees?
If cancellations are made due to the guests' convenience, the following fees will apply:

Yes, we have air conditioning in the tents and fan heaters in the dining areas so that you can stay comfortably stay in all seasons.

Dome tents and Cocoon tents are equipped with individual bathrooms and shower booths.
Luxury domes have bathrooms with a bathtub.
If you are staying in a bell tent, shared toilet and shower facilities are available just next to your tent.

Are foods and drinks available for sale at the administration building?

We do not sell any items, so please bring the foods and drinks by yourself. There are vending machines in the facility.

You can bring any food you like.

Do you offer vegetarian services?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer vegetarian services.
We can accommodate those with allergies, so please consult with us in advance.

About hot springs

Are there any day-trip hot springs nearby?

There is a hot spring located about 5 minutes by car from us called "Nokumanojo Tsukikawa".
The operationg hours are from 10:30am to 8:00pm (last admission at 7:00pm).
You can also enjoy another hot spring resort, Hirugami Onsenkyo, which is about 20 minutes away by car.

About Nearby Facilities

Are there any stores nearby for shopping?

There is a Family Mart Shinshu Hirugami store about 10 minutes away by car, and a supermarket (A Co-op Rack Achi store) about 15 minutes away by car. We recommend that you go shopping before checking in, as there are no stores nearby.
