The charge will be 14% from 20 days before, 5% from 50 days before, and 3% from 100 days before the day.
Will there be a cancellation fee if a natural disaster such as a typhoon occurs?
In the event of a natural disaster such as a typhoon, if a warning is issued, there will generally be no cancellation fee. In the event of a typhoon, we will determine whether the facility will be open or not by 12:XNUMX pm the day before, and if the facility is closed, we will contact you. If the decision is made to open, but the customer decides to cancel for safety reasons, we will discuss the cancellation fee on an individual basis.
Are there child rates?
Children's rates are for elementary school students and younger, and adult rates are for junior high school students and older.
Accommodation for elementary school children is 5,000 yen, and dinner for kids BBQ menu is 2,800 yen.
In addition, children under preschool age may stay free of charge if they use the same bed.
Charges will apply if bedding is required.There are two pricing options for infants.

Do you have cooking facilities?
There is a kitchen space (shared), knives, cutting board, and electric kettle. For fire equipment, please rent a BBQ stove.There are no pots or frying pans.
Do you have tableware?
Wooden plates, glasses, disposable chopsticks, cutlery, and tongs are available in the cupboard inside the tent.
Additional rentals are also available, so please feel free to ask the front desk.
Can I have a BBQ even if it rains?
The dedicated BBQ space is covered so it is possible.
I have reserved a BBQ set, but are charcoal and fire starters included?
Our facility rents gas grills, so charcoal is not necessary.We also have a grill installed on the gas grill, so don't worry.
