The charge will be 14% from 20 days before, 5% from 50 days before, and 3% from 100 days before the day.
Will there be a cancellation fee if a natural disaster such as a typhoon occurs?
In the event of a natural disaster such as a typhoon, if a warning is issued, cancellation fees will generally be waived. In the case of a typhoon, we will decide whether or not to open the facility by 12:00 PM the day before, and if it is closed, we will contact you. If the facility is opened, and you decide to cancel for safety reasons, we will discuss cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis.

Shampoo, body soap, conditioner, hair dryer, toothbrush, nightwear, towel set (bath towel, face towel), hand soap, etc.
Do you have cooking equipment?
We have a kitchen space (shared), kitchen knife, cutting board, and electric kettle. Please rent fire-causing devices such as BBQ stoves. We do not have a pot or frying pan.
Do you have tableware?
We have wooden plates, glasses, chopsticks, cutlery, and tongs in a cupboard within a tent.
Additional tableware is available, so if necessary, please ask our staff at the reception.
Can I have a BBQ even if it rains?
The dedicated BBQ space is covered so it is possible.
I have reserved a BBQ set, but are charcoal and fire starters included?
Our facility provides gas grills for rent, so you don't need to bring charcoal. A grill grate is also provided with the gas grill, so please rest assured.
